We booked a family room, which was not in the hotel building. We had to check in and then walk about 6 minutes to another building. This family room was on the 2nd floor of another building, 7 or 8 minutes away from the Colosseum, which was convenient for watching opera.

The room is large. It is a local apartment. You can experience local life. It is suitable for many people. The convenience may not be as good as the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, easy to find and has a terrace.
The customer service staff are friendly. There is already a shopping street nearby with large shops and restaurants.
Will stay again next time.

The facility treated us very badly. Due to the confusion of the train company, we were able to arrive at 3 am, but it was not our fault. We tried to contact the property, but he said that our reservation was canceled and that he could not do anything, it was too late, and he scolded me. We knew that we could not enter the hotel at such a late hour, but we had spent hours in the cold and we had to. We stayed on the street because of the facility, we also had a reservation for two days and canceled the second day. Then I called Booking and asked them to help us, they contacted the owner, but the owner also argued with them. Because of the owner, three tourists were on the street and we had to find another place for the other day. We are students here and this situation has put us in financial difficulties. I will not forget this rudeness. Right now me and my friends are sick from the cold and this has ruined our trip to Verona.

It's a good place in the center of Verona if you want to discover the city. Two rooms, for 4 people. We come with 2 children and for us it was very good. The bathroom is big. The arènes of Vérone are near and also the old city. We ré there for only one night but I rexommans it if you like to walk in the city with monuments.

Excellent spot to stay in Verona. The operators Luigi & Marcos are great. My room was very comfortable and the little touches in regards to the decorations are very impressive. It’s located in the heart ❤️ of Verona and easily accessible to everything a traveler could possibly be in search of. The breakfast and coffee was really great as well. Highly recommend a visit if you are passing through.

Nice place, we had appartament near this place from the picture. Only one little problem was that in the app was cold (19°C) so we had to switch the heating and go out for a walk and after 2 hours there was good temperature.

We booked this hostel style accommodation after reading all positive feedback on tripadvisor. We stayed here one night and not willing to return here or recommend this place. Reception does not exist, room with bathroom is moldy, if you book it without bathroom than you share the only roof-top toilet and shower with all other guests. The breakfast experience was a complete joke. Tea-bags are for decoration, as there is no way to boil water. Coffee machine was non-functional. You have to air all cupboards to find something. If you open the fridge, it looks like children's playground. Not enough cutlery (5 knives all together.) If you come after the other guests, you have to start washing plates, cups and cutlery. 90 EUR (5 EUR tourist tax included for 2people) is a complete rip off for this place. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
