Located near the promenade of Riccione, 100 metres from the beach in Fogliano Marina, 5 km from the airport.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

... there would be two stars but I gave 3 for the commitment even if it is by no means a hotel for children under 3 years old. The entrance times for meals and a crowded dining room are too strict. Kindness is not lacking but the problem is the management of various unforeseen events. The restaurant saves Alessandro who with his professionalism has managed to manage unpleasant situations that have happened to us .. Positive note the children's playroom that saves you in case of rain

We returned for the 3 year after a two year break due to the covid and found the same cleanliness and welcome that made us always come back here to this hotel. The rooms are not very large but comfortable and functional there is everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. Aime, however, the restaurant has completely changed. We found the staff far too pushy and nagging. Perhaps many are pleased with us not. The snatch the fork from my hand without even asking, by the room to try to feed him my one-year-old son then has the absurd. Never happened. But the real sore point are the times for consumption. The rush they put on you makes you keep everything on your stomach. A great shame because before it was absolutely not so I recommend reviewing this method. We skipped the last meals even though we had already paid for full board. Too bad because I had wonderful memories for this 4 stars.

Nice and clean hotel, excellent welcome, very helpful and kind staff.
Negative notes: very small room (yes no 12 square meters) for 3 people with a double bed and an armchair that becomes a pizza bed with a very thin mattress, very uncomfortable. Huge dining room with lots of people all together (90 or more), a lot of noise and they put you in a lot of hurry to eat, it almost seems like they have to close the restaurant !!!
Food, unfortunately, little more than a canteen! Average price. For a weekend it's okay enough, but for a longer stay I don't recommend it.

Especially recommended for families, very friendly and helpful staff. The quality of the service is good, the young guys are but very attentive to the service, available, courteous and always with a smile.You eat well, I also recommend it for celiacs (my husband and my son ate very well, for breakfast cakes made by the chef and pampered with a different dessert every evening, all strictly gluten-free). Nice swimming pool. We had a great time which is why we will be back. Good cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel. Excellent value for money.

Clean hotel, in a good location for those who want a beach holiday. The proximity to the railway, however, will make you hear some train at night.
Unfortunately, the negative aspects concern the lack of flexibility in breakfast, lunch and dinner times for those like us who were there on vacation but for a sporting event.
The service staff, young, hasty and not very attentive. The only thing that interested him was to serve dinner quickly so that he could finish his shift as soon as possible.
Nice space with the swimming pool and soccer room for the little ones.
I also don't recommend it because the price / quality ratio is quite negative.

We stayed in this hotel for a short vacation, very nice structure, designer furniture, with attention to every detail.The owners, Giuseppe and Marta are very kind, professional and very helpful. Gorgeous room, very spacious and spotless. Excellent cuisine
and strategic position a stone's throw from the sea.
All top! Excellent! Highly recommended!

Two-star hotel, but it deserves more. Well-kept and very clean rooms, excellent cuisine. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, abundant and varied breakfast served by a very kind and professional maid, clean room. Convenient location of the hotel to reach the sea.
Too bad we were not warned, on our arrival, that on Tuesdays it is not possible to park in via Tasso, due to the afternoon market; although the responsibility to inform us by reading the signs was exclusively ours, I would have appreciated this foresight.
Little attention to the use of masks in the reception-bar area and this frankly left me a bit dumbfounded.
I recommend preparing something to place the beauty case in the bathroom and the shampoo in the shower: in practice, you are forced to leave everything in the room by going back and forth, or to place the products on the floor.

It has now been 1 year since we first arrived at this fantastic hotel and we can't wait to return.
Friendly staff who welcomed us with open arms, hearty breakfast with excellent food, aperitif accompanied by excellent appetizers offered by the house, excellent room cleaning (despite having left our clothes in disorder scattered throughout the room we found them folded on the bed by a lovely cleaning lady).
The room we rented (suite for two) wasn't great, more !!! a bathtub in front of the double bed, excellent for romantic evenings with your partner, a huge shower, an electrically ventilated bathroom and a large terrace equipped with chairs and a table to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
Furthermore, the cards for accessing the room and monitoring the internal temperature of the room are very convenient.
Despite numerous trips abroad this hotel will forever remain our favorite. Congratulations to staff and hotel 10/10
