Perfect cuisine. We were accommodated on full board. There were very delicious lunches and dinners. Great cook! Ideal location on the pedestrian street and close to beach. Rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. We were accommodated on the last floor. There was a large terrace with a great view.

Pleasant stay, standard room with everything you need. The only flaw: no smart TV, but a regular TV.
Upon arrival, we were given the opportunity to leave our luggage and spend the morning on the beach. Furthermore, both upon arrival and before departure, they gave us a bottle of cold water for the journey.
The breakfast was excellent and very plentiful, but it was a bit difficult to find a free table and it was clean.
The hotel's location is excellent, super central and close to the beach, and despite the nightlife, we had no problems with noise.
Overall, a pleasant stay; we'll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel in Riccione. I stayed there with my partner for Valentine's Day and was absolutely delighted. Despite it being off-season, everything was perfect. The reception staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms (we stayed in the annex next to the hotel) were small but welcoming, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for the bathroom. There was a large, well-positioned TV, a safe, and air conditioning with a heat pump that warmed the room very well. The cleaning staff was extremely efficient. The hotel's location was perfect, between the beach and the shopping center, with direct access to Viale Dante, a shopping hub filled with bars and restaurants and businesses of all kinds. The hotel has an indoor outdoor pool (which, of course, was closed in February). But the real highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic! The super-efficient breakfast room staff welcomes guests and brings hot drinks, freshly squeezed juices, and warm croissants directly to their tables. They are attentive and constantly replenish the buffet with the freshest, highest-quality products. An endless variety of cakes, pastries, jams, cereals, spreads, biscuits, and stuffed pancakes... plus freshly baked pizzas and focaccias, scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, savory croissants, cured meats and cheeses... yogurt with fresh fruit... in short, a feast for the eyes and the palate. I would return even just for breakfast, but everything else is top-notch! Truly well done, my compliments.

We stayed 5 days...strategic location close to the beach and close to the center. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean with safe and fridge. We had complete meals and I must say everything was good, the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be back. Haa....very nice and well-kept pool.

My friend and I stayed for five days, on a full board basis, in this hotel.
Strategic position as it is directly on the main street, full of shops and clubs.
Nothing to say about the staff except that education and a sense of welcome predominate.
Perfect cleanliness in every room.
Bicycle rental service in the hotel.
There is a clean swimming pool with all its amenities.
Structure accessible to disabled people.
Internal kitchen with choice of menu every day.
We recommend it for the quality and price.

Very negative experience. The only positive note is the very central location and close to the sea. For the rest everything leaves something to be desired. From the poor quality of the food and the little choice (the same things are always offered), to the cleanliness of the rooms which leaves a lot to be desired, to the total lack of attention to the customer on the part of the new management. We definitely won't be back.

I stayed in the hotel in July: the location is excellent, close to the center and the beaches.
Despite myself, I found the buffet monotonous, every meal was a "grand vegetable buffet"😅. Furthermore, within the menu, the condiments from the previous day were reused in the various dishes also for the following one.
The only major flaw is the staff, who are at times rude and contradictory; except for the night porter, very friendly and helpful, a golden man!

We stayed 3 nights as a family in a quadruple room. You can see that the rooms are starting to get old (although they are fine for staying!!), then: exceptional staff, excellent cuisine, perfect cleanliness of the room and the hotel, especially for those with children it is important. Beach included with the possibility of a swimming pool in the hotel.
You are in the centre, you park and forget about the car (although in a pedestrian area you can unload and load your luggage and then park at the conference centre), excellent for those with children.
What can I say, we'll be back!

Stayed in this hotel for three days. Very clean room with balcony. Scented linen. Staff attentive to every customer need. We also took advantage of the bicycles made available. Dinner with table service with vegetable buffet. Water included.
Honest prices also for any bottles of wine 12 euros.
Sweet and savory buffet breakfast with several cakes, variety of croissants, cereals etc.
Very satisfied.
