Hotel Tre Rose in Riccione

We arrived in the evening at 6:30 pm, we entered the room and immediately noticed the poor cleanliness, first of all unironed sheets with stains and yellow bedspreads full of stains, so we immediately reported what had happened to the reception and then remade the beds. The real nightmare began at night, we had the air conditioner in front of the bed and therefore with an annoying flow of air that hit us on the bed, at a certain point we heard the sound of water and looked at the floor, everything was flooded under the bed and on the bedspread, the air conditioner was leaking like a waterfall. So after a sleepless night we looked for another hotel, after a few issues with the owners we left. The advice given is to review the cleanliness of the rooms because like this we are not there.

I absolutely do not recommend it!! Much to review in this hotel that perhaps 20 years ago was even pleasant. I start from the assumption that there were 5 of us in the room 2 adults and 3 older children, they gave us what they call a suit. For me it was a bunker on the ground floor, you opened the door and you were in the communal outdoor area of ​​the hotel, the laundry had to be hung out within everyone's reach, shoes outside the door ... really embarrassing. Damp inside, peeling walls, poor or almost non-existent cleaning, I had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned, the towels were not changed (something that happened to many guests of the structure) unless insistently requested. The bathroom mirror never cleaned in 8 days. Positive notes the pool and breakfast. The food was decent, even if the owner boasted about their cuisine, I have been frequenting Romagna for years .. and real Romagna cuisine is now difficult to find. Furthermore very often there was cold or reheated food from the day before. On the website they talk about fresh pasta .. but where ??? Messy play area, dirty common areas, the tables were never cleaned unless requested, leaves on the ground and dead plants in the flowerbeds, 50 year old bicycles. Maybe it's time for the managers to think about the pension. Then a dilapidated and dirty sofa at the entrance makes a bad impression, the morning of our arrival we entered the hotel and there was no one there. It was early but the night porter?

Terrible hotel, practically falling apart. It happened that: 1 bed simply by climbing on it, it happened that the leg broke. Then on the bunk bed a board came off. There were stains of dirt inside the drawers, and when the cleaning lady came we had to wait outside and, the dirt that was around she simply moved it to the corners. Rude owner, because to solve a problem with the smelly air conditioning, he answered rudely to the customer. I give 2 stars only for the self-service food, even if some foods were obviously bought. I do not recommend it

Great food but that's the only saving grace because the rooms are dirty and small, the service and some of the staff are very rude. I strongly advise against this hotel. P.S. In the room the bed doesn't have 2 slats and the sheets are dirty.

Well… what can I say, a three star hotel maybe in the 80s… unfortunately I have many negative things to say starting with the rooms, very dirty and with towels that were not changed at all and in some rooms they were even forbidden; the owner was and is very arrogant while her husband laughed in our face and spoke badly to some guests from behind. We found dust in our room and asked the owner to send the cleaning lady, who only cleaned around the bed except underneath. Very narrow rooms while animals entered the bathroom the cleaning ladies did not remove them and sometimes they were asked not to clean a room and not to change the towels, things never seen before. I'm sorry because the only kind person was that waiter without glasses who really made me wonder what he did in that hotel.
