Alice was beyond friendly, remarkably professional, proficient in English, and highly experienced in dealing with a variety of customers and meeting their desires with an acute determination to make each guest feel part of the family and welcome at home.

Sara was willing to go above and beyond, fluently speaking many languages as if it were her native tongue including Spanish. She proceeded to give us a variety of room options, making us feel as if we were receiving special treatment, although I witnessed her delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction throughout the long hours of the night and into the late morning.

Luli was present on site but moved like a magician with her cleaning tricks. I would go to breakfast and come back to a brand new room each day. The room would be furnished with fresh linens, folded to perfection, the bathroom would smell like a dozen fresh cut roses, and towels clean, soft and warm. She even responded with insistent patience when I requested for the room to be cleaned without chemical products due to sensitive alergies. Her charisma was charming and will forever be appreciated.

Esmeralda, last but definitely not least, was the highlight of our time spent with the pleasant family operating Hotel Poker. She is a seasoned chef and barrista, only serving what most would appropriately be described as an authentic Michellin dining experience. As soon as you wake up and open your bedroom door, ecstatic aromas lead you to the dining room where she will prepare you a fresh 100% Arabica Macciato, Cappucino, and Espresso, accompanied by the finest freshly baked pastries in all of Italy and the most delicious eggs any human has ever had the pleasure to enjoy eating.

Very kind service and generous space. A destination for families and groups very close to the beaches. Food quality is absolutely to the high level.

Great location for the beach and nice walk to the port area.
The staff made me welcome -especially the waiting staff who were so friendly and pleasant.Also a big thanks to beautiful Sara on reception for confirming my lunches/dinners etc.
My room albeit a bit small was kept very clean by housekeeping...thks.
The food on all occasions was of a very good standard.

Booked the hotel poker for cycling group of 20 and it worked out perfectly. Rental bikes were good, food was excellent and the service was four star. The staff could not do enough for you. Also, the cycling guides were so professional and chose excellent routes for us. Would really recoomend this hotel for any similar trips, you will be well looked after by Denise and her team.

Great stay here. Staff are fantastic, it's right on the beach, and the food is simply divine!

Ideal for a base , especially on a cycling holiday. Hotel offers bike storage and daily laundry service, all for a very reasonable price. Staff were superb.
