It was my first time there I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and it was good & guiet . The staff was friendly and helpful.. actually the first thing got my attention is its colorful decorations 🤩 I was in so luv wz it .
⚠️ My note is about the cleaning of the beds you have to care about it more

I've been to this hotel, which I sincerely don't recommend. The rooms are very small, the cleanliness is poor, there's sand on the bed, the bathroom resembles a closet, and if you're a couple, if one person showers, they have to be careful not to wash the other person, who may be in the bathroom. There's no shower stall; the toilet is right next to where you're supposed to shower. I'd rate it a 3-star hotel.

The pool water is freezing, it's not heated, and I find the steps to get in and out of the water extremely dangerous, not to mention the cracked floor. There's no security, there's no lifeguard, but the hotel owner can see the cameras... honestly, I wouldn't go back at all.

Excellent location close to the center and with a special agreement with a well-equipped and clean beach, especially nice for families with children. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom is a shame: it's tiny, with a shower and a tiny sump for use with a squeegee that needs to be used after each use. The breakfast was good, with homemade cakes. The indoor pool was much appreciated.

We stayed at this hotel the first week of August. It's true that we booked a quadruple room and had a newborn, but the room was really small with an even smaller bathroom. The shower was practically over the toilet. If I were to return to Riccione, however, I would happily stay at this hotel again, as this was the only downside for me. The staff were super friendly, from the front desk to the dining room staff, and the cleaning lady was a delight; super kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic 😍 with a huge selection of sweet and savory options, and the time to enjoy it was truly stress-free. The hotel pool has a slide 🛝. The location was exceptional. Just steps from the sea, and nearby there are bakeries, bars, coin-operated laundry, a mini market, and even closer, the partner beach club. Water slides, pools, umbrellas, and loungers. Super top. I recommend it.

Staff available and ready to help you with all your requests. Clear and very discreet.
Pool area, beach service with attached discounts. Excellent and varied breakfast. We took 2 Camerax4 with terrace and climate. One with terrace and bathroom with window. We celebrated a hen party and those who stayed were both young people and adults with families. Great experience!

SHAMEFUL. I don't know how it can keep the three stars, it's equal to a pension. Nightmare bathroom, without shower tray, with partial taps and broken window. Decent-sized rooms are roughly furnished. Bad breakfast, poor quality products and inadequate anti-covid measures. Unmotivated staff and not reaching out to the welcome that is expected. Absolutely not recommended

i went four days on vacation with my friends and we stayed here. we were very disappointed due to the unclear and serious staff. upon arrival, we were not informed of things that had to be said before the stay and towels are changed every two days, as if you don't always wash at the beach. in addition, our suitcases were opened when the room was cleaned (without our permission, of course) and clothes were placed in other people's suitcases ... and then denied everything, an absurdity. I absolutely do not recommend
