The small and cosy hotel is located in Rimini, walking distance from the beach and main resort facilities.

Location: in the district of Rivazzurra, Rimini, 4 km from the airport g. Rimini's Rivazzurra area, 300 metres from Fiabilandia theme Park.

Consists of a three storey building.

The hotel has 35 rooms.

Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. On the beach there are booths.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect — the food was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service made me feel well taken care of. Overall, I am very satisfied and would be happy to come back again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location — it’s genuinely convenient and close to everything. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The service was extremely poor, with staff seeming uninterested in helping guests. The breakfast was nothing but overly sweet items, with no real variety or healthier options. Towels in the room were not clean, which is unacceptable for any hotel. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent service, but both were lacking. Wouldn’t stay again despite the great location.

The worst hotel i have stayed in
Night shift receptionist doesnt speak even one word in english- for a hotel thats a disgrace
Receptionist was incompetent, didnt know how to use the card machine and told is to go to an ATM and bring cash- at 2AM in the night
Thats after we spent 40 minutes looking for a parking because they dont have any-on booking it’s written they have parkings, which is a lie
The air conditioner is right above your head and you cannot sleep properly
For our 3 days stay they left us almost no toilet paper
Breakfast is even worse- the trays got empty fast and are not replaced -and it still was one and a half hour till the end end breakfast time
Avoid this hotel if you want a nice vacation

Quite nice hotel. Renovated bathroom. Comfortable bed. No hairdryer in the room.
Stuff quite annoying for groups - regarding breakfast etc., but helpful in general. Not a great hotel, but not a disaster.

We booked this location via famous booking website.
We chosen this location because of the proximity of the seaside. The rooms was clean. Also the high street is close by. If you want a place to rest, you can book a lovely room here. I recommend to book without any of the meal offers. Staff are friendly.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, un'ottima accoglienza e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
Camera pulita e letto molto comodo.
La cucina è stata ottima e molto abbondante.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

The hotel is a short distance from the beach, just across the street. Camelia, the owner and her husband gave us the best advice and she was always there for us. The room is clean, well maintained and the owners went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was varied with very good espresso and cappuccino. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms are well soundproofed and cleaned every day. They also have their own parking on the ground floor of the hotel but places are limited. For me it was the third time in Rimini but I think I found here the very good value for money, especially since I was during the SIGEP fair.

I stayed here last week and had a great time.
Very kind and helpful staff throughout, nice and clean rooms.
Simple but good food. Very convenient to the partner beach, among other things very beautiful! My children have already told me they want to go back and so have I 😊
In short, highly recommended for my part !!

A very welcoming family-run hotel and the kind staff make you feel right at home.
Very clean and tidy rooms simple food very good and in abundance, there was always a choice ...
It is located within walking distance of the beach.
