LITTLE in Rimini

I was there one night on 22nd of June. On 23rd in the morning I took my very poor breakfast, poor buffet with a very disgusting coffee, the worst I ever had in Italy. Later on I approached the reception and asked them about check out. They jumped on me telling me that I had to pay instantly. I explained, in very good Italian that I was waiting for my money to come in minutes and that I would have paid those 32€ after 8:30, time the banks open transaction and time I get my money in my bank account. The receptionist called two big men and closed all the doors of the hotel scared that I might have left without paying. Needless to say that I have explained my issue to them plenty of times and it was just a matter of minutes. Needless to say that hey had my ID, my bag with my Mac inside worth way more than 32€. I have tried to call my employer to tell that I was late because of that issue and they kept following me and listening my private conversation with my employer. Since they didn’t let me go outside, even if it wasn’t check out time yet, not even in the front yard, since they literally blocked me from going outside even in the front porch I was forced to go back to my room waiting 8:30 for my transfer to come.While I was in the room one person even opened the door and came in to check while I was inside. Needless to say that they violated my privacy deliberately and they accused me of not wanting to pay when I had explained the issue plenty of times.
I finally got my transfer at 8:30 sharp, paid my room and promised them to never go back there. The receptionist even joked about my issue saying that it was impossible that I didn’t have the money before 8:30 and I could pay right after 8:30. It’s easy to understand that those people have no knowledge of how the bank system works, they have no trust in people and no manners. To me is a place to delete forever and If I could go 0 stars I would because one of the most important thing of every business is being able to deal in the right way especially when your customers have some sort of issue. Those people have to go back to learn how to relate with others!
