Saxon in Rimini

We stayed three days in this structure, sufficient service for a peaceful stay, but it lacks that attention and that typical hospitality of Romagna,
Good and varied breakfast in the morning with sweet and savory on the buffet ... But dinner with two courses plus fruit or dessert without a vegetable buffet (which we would expect from a 3-star hotel) despite being in the white area and the buffet in the morning there is,
The last supper there was inedible fish in the oven, many have left it ... But apart from someone who asked for an alternative .. The management itself has not proposed a remedy.
Last day we skipped breakfast because they wanted to leave before we asked if they would prepare some takeaways for breakfast .. Like some pieces of cake some toasts and water ... After insistence on our part they made us find two dry toasts with a poor slice of cooked .. And two bottles of water ..
If a Romagna family would have managed the structure, we are sure it would have been quite another thing ..
We make these notes because we believe in Romagna tourist hospitality .. Leave it in the hands of those who do not know how to welcome ... We fear it could be negative for your company

I cannot say that this hotel is an Italian heaven, you know. My greatest disappointment was when I saw that our room doesn't have a balcony. To tell you the truth I didn't expect such thing because we were told to have it. Anyway, the room has very little space, only for a double bed, little table with two chairs, midsized wardrobe and two small bedside tables. Also, there was a bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror and an improvised shower. But in any case, everything is clean and cosy. Moreover, the host Francesco is great. He really tries to make you happy. The meal was out of this world tasty! If you want to visit a historical city centre it's 10 minutes walk far away. But if you want to sunbath on a free beach you'll need to walk at least 20 minutes to reach it. Paid beaches are really very close 3-5 minutes walk. All things considered, I think that 3 is a fair mark.
