Hotel Reale in Rimini

6 morning breakfasts was the same all days, boring and unpleasent. Little rooms, clean at least. No freezer inside. Far from centre but pretty close to public beach. Personal friendly and helpful.

Bad stay. We stayed 3 days for an event. The structure turned out to be different from the description, rather old-fashioned and not respecting the hygiene principles provided for by the covid protocol, in particular with the breakfast service.
It is not true that breakfast has a rich proposal, instead rather scarce and the foods are displayed without any respect to the covid protocols, while dinner is imposed with no choice, it is absolutely not true that every day there is a double menu fish and meat as reported by the site, lastly I point out the non-existence of vegetables or side salads.
The staff was not very courteous and above all unclear, always trying to exploit the customer without ever meeting our - few - requests.
Not to mention the booking problem, on arrival the room was not available because my booking was mistakenly attributed to another person, obviously the situation was very uncomfortable for me.
The bathroom was in need of refurbishment, broken shower, broken toilet seat, scarce water and occasionally disappeared and when it came back it was brown.
In short, a situation so aberrant that the tremor of the bed when trains (nearby railway) passed was a minor problem.
At the end of the stay at the time of payment, even the accounts did not return ....
