Hotel Saint Louis Rimini in Rimini

AVOID!!!!!!
We booked this hotel in July 2017 . When we arrived we were very disappointed. My 12 year old starts crying and wanted to sleep in the car! Rooms are more like prison cells than 3 stars hotels! Tiny rooms with very dated second handed or even worse furnish. We were unhappy. At the top of this we quickly realised there is a train just next to the hotel. I was going to cry myself.
No air conditioning in July is a tragedy! My one year old was sleeping naked . Sweating and crying.all of us were sweating. So uncomfortable! We kept window open at night but it was not getting cooler anyway , instead we have train noise all the time. Balcony has a metal barrier so when your neighbors are on it it feels like they are on yours. I felt very uncomfortable watching people next door in they bed ,and I knew they felt the same way when they on the balcony. No privacy. Micro toilets cry for refurbishment! You can't get shower without splashing waters absolutely everywhere! They are so tiny that you almost stand on the toilet when you shower.
Our room was tidy only once! Our towels were never changed. Beds were only tidy up and floor was brushed .
Downstairs you can be sure that girl who owns the place will change nappy of her 2 year old daughter in front of you!
Very disappointed over all . I could not stay they any longer and we left at evening time . We realise that we left behind PS vita , game console on the window . When we rang hotel and told the girl what has happened of course she said nothing was never found in our room! what a lie! What a thieves! Unbelievable! They found nothing! At the top of that we have been told that we did not paid for the bar and we left! WOW! Why we were not told that when we leave the keys? A bar? None of us was drinking. We got coke one downstairs , but we paid for it!
Money grabbing hotel! Waiting for you to leave something behing! I'm disappointed , angry and will never ever come back to be hotel ! Avoid! You have been worned !
Forgot to add that wi-fi doesn't work anywhere else apart from reception!!!

One star is too much for this hotel.
Noisy from train tracks. No air condition in the middle of July in terrible! Forget about clean towels or bed . It won't happen. As long as you stay you use your towel and same bed sheets.interior straight from prison cell. Owners who steal gadgets when left behind. Disgusting toilet. Tiny rooms. Owners impolite, stay away! It's not worth!
