I do not recommend making a reservation at this hotel due to serious GDPR violations and security concerns. A few days after booking, I started receiving fraudulent messages directly through the hotel’s chat on Booking.com. The scammers pressured me to click on a phishing link and enter my credit card details, threatening that my reservation would be canceled if I did not comply. I immediately contacted the hotel directly, and they told me just to ignore it, saying it was “spam.” This clearly suggests that hackers are frequently breaking into their Booking.com account, and unfortunately, this was not an isolated case – it happened to me 3 times within just 2 months. After verifying with Booking.com, it was confirmed that these messages were indeed scams.

Even more concerning, about a week after I canceled the reservation, scammers contacted me again via WhatsApp, pretending to represent this hotel and using my full name and phone number. In this chat, they once again insisted that I click on fraudulent links and provide my credit card information. This raises serious questions about how my personal data was handled and protected.

The rooms need a lot of renovation. Dirty walls, windows, broken tap. The railway is close, so you should not open the windows during the night. The receptionist guy (?) /owner (?) is bored and unfriendly.
