Not to recommend. Not 3 star hotel. 1 star. Dirty floors. Bad smell. Terrible breakfast. Not very friendly staff, especially one girl in the reception. Not worth the money.

Hotel was in terrible condition. Breakfast was bad, toom condition was terrible, there were no slipper even i asked, there were no hair dryer etc. I will never stay again in this hotel when i come next year for the fair.

A time for renovation!!!
We booked the hotel for a week, for a MotoGP weekend plus 5 days of beach and pleasure. The location and atmosphere was perfect, our room was the smallest one which we where okay with, but the air condition in our room was NOT ok at all. After the first night we complained and requested a technician to look at it due to the sounds of the aircon and it was leaking water which made the floors wet every night. The following nights was more or less the same and every day we talked to the front desk and requested help, and I told them the sounds got worse and worse. And at the last night it completely broke down and shuts off in the middle of the night. At check out, we where met with no sympathy, still she saw in her log that we have asked for help every day. SO, find another place where your basic requirements are met for a nice stay in Rimini.

Good: 1) Breakfast was overall good but poor, if you come approximately one hour before the end, almost nothing is left 2) Location is good, pretty quiet street as for Italy, sea is just behind the hotel appx 2min. 3) Reception is 24/7 4) Balcony Bad: Firstly, we didn’t get the room that was showed in booking details, room furniture was almost the same, but bathroom was far older as on booking photos. We didn’t argue with hotel stuff, because we arrived late and were tired, and our stay was only two nights. In whole photos on booking are looking far better as in reality. Beds are VERY uncomfortable, springs are very tough, hurting your body. Secondly, and more important, rooms are dirty. Lots of hair on towels and bedding. Bad smell, mix of old furniture and smoke. Hangers are all different and mostly cheep metal ones like they were left from previous guests. Huge stains on the walls. There is no WIFI in the room. Bathroom is very old. Shower door is extremely loud. One side at the bottom of the shower looks like unfinished repair project, mould on the sides.
