We probably booked the last room available for our desired timeline. It was a small room, ideal for 2 guests (not 3 adults and a child as we actually came). It didn't matter, it was cleaned thoroughly every day and the staff was amazing. Starting with Chiara and Davide (the owners), everyone was exceptionally welcoming and kind. The food was really good, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect (cross the street and you are at the beach). We were delighted with the quality of the service, the food, the exceptional energy coming from these 2 owners. This is a truly family-owned hotel and it deserves 10 stars, not the maximum 5 we get to share here. Really recommend it ;)

I wish there was a "6" on the service scale. This hotel is a bit older but perfectly kept. Large rooms. Across from the beach and has a pool. Amazing meals. Seriously, worth staying here just for the breakfast. Even by the high standards of Italian hospitality it is exceptional.

Very friendly staff . Madam at reception is keep smile ALWAYS 😃 ! Excellent 👌.
Basic room was a little small & old furniture... especially mattress on the bed. Tasty breakfast.... low price per night (31€) as for hotel with sea view !

Wonderful place to stay! The owners, wife and a husband, are lovely people who always have smile on their face and they are running the hotel themselves with a little help from other stuff. The restaurant is heavenly decorated, the same applies for the lobby. The room was clean with a nice small balcony. The bathroom was a bit small, but good enough for short stay. Some of the equipment is a bit older at first sight, but works still well. The breakfast was splendid - various sweets, fresh and conserved fruit, juices, coffee, freshly baked rools and bread, salami, parm ham, milk and cornflakes - everyone will choose. The only minus is that for juices and water you have to use a plastic cup. If we visit Rimini once again, I will definitely book a room here!

Such a beautiful hotel with a strategic location. You can just cross the street to access the beach. The room was clean and smells good! My critique is just the service (the check in and the check out) was quite slow because the staffs were busy doing another thing. Overall worth the price and good!
