Great staff and well located. Twice, someone parked in front of us so we couldn’t get out, but the hotel resolved it quickly. Room 205 had a beautiful sea view; the only downside was the noise from the restaurant below (chairs being moved).

After traveling in major cities with crazy crowds and at 3 or 4x the price, I have to wonder why more people don't come here to the tranquil beach of Rimini. This hotel reflects the tranquility of it's location., it has all the necessary amenities, excellent food, including the free breakfast buffet, and the service is personalized, especially from the frontdesk staff!

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. The location is great - close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The Ambient Panoramic is located across the road from the beach in Viserba, a quiet district in Rimini. Buses are every 20 mins and get you into Rimini old town in about 10 minutes - the walk there takes about 30 mins.Tickets are €1.5 and can be bought at the Tabbac shop next door.They last for an hour in Zone 1 as long as they are validated on the machine on the bus. A 10 min walk gets you to viserba train station where trains to Rimini,Bologna etc can be caught - the double decker trains were spotless and punctual. The hotel was kept immaculately clean in all areas and the room was tidied daily with towel and the bed made daily. Beach towels were provided also,and could be changed as and when requested. We stayed B&B so can't comment on the quality or variety of lunch and dinner but the breakfasts were really good. As you would expect from a buffet breakfast they became a bit repetitive but there was so much choice and the quality of the food was superb and included - Cereals,choices of bread for toast,3 types of fresh fruit juice,coffee,3 types of fresh milk,pastries,fruit, yoghurt,bacon,scrambled eggs,sausage,salad and cooked meat and cheeses too. We thought it strange that evening meal was served late at 7pm but it was apparant that the beaches emptied between 12pm and 3pm when people went for lunch so its a time spacing thing really and is common in this area and the restaurants opened in line with these timings. Every one of the hotel staff,including the owner who we saw doing taxi shuttles for guests,were brilliant. The hotel displays trips and events that it runs - boat trip to porte verdi,food tasting night and also singers one night. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy courteous and attentive. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others and if anything did let it down it's just its distance into Rimini might be an issue for people who can't walk far. 10 out of 10 for us

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with full board, which included 3 meals per day. Drinks were not included, so we paid an additional €14 per day per room for the “unlimited” drinks package. This covered soft drinks, wine, beer, and water, but only during mealtimes. We found this a bit strange – if you are already paying extra for unlimited drinks, it would be nice if it included more options (such as cocktails) or at least allowed drinks to be ordered outside of meal hours, including to the room.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, although our bathroom was outdated and felt old-fashioned. That said, the room was very good overall, with a lovely sea view that made our stay more enjoyable. The lift is small and rather old, so we mostly used the stairs. On the 5th floor there is a small pool and sunbeds, but the pool wasn’t particularly clean and unfortunately was not open at the times indicated. The staff also never mentioned it to us – we only discovered it from the photos online.

We appreciated that bicycles were available free of charge, and that sunbeds on the beach were also included without extra fees. Another great feature was the option to exchange one of the hotel meals for a meal at a partner restaurant on the beach – the pizza there was excellent, and it was a refreshing change after getting a bit tired of the hotel’s food.

The meals at the hotel were mixed. Breakfast was fine, although largely the same every morning. Lunch and dinner were less to our taste – the menu was very seafood-heavy (which we don’t particularly enjoy), and often dishes were “recycled” from previous meals with a new side. While we understand and appreciate this approach to reducing food waste, it didn’t really work for us. As a result, we often found ourselves searching for dishes that suited us and unfortunately left meals still a bit hungry. On the positive side, one evening there was a themed Romagna night, with waiters dressed up and regional specialties served – this was excellent, and we would have loved to see more evenings like that.

A nice touch was that after every lunch and dinner you could order coffee, lemon sorbet, or ice cream. One of the waiters, a shorter, dark-haired man, deserves special mention – he was extremely kind and attentive. By the second day he was already bringing us ice cream with a smile without us even asking, remembering our preferences. Along with Francesca at the reception – who was always helpful with any question we had – they really made us feel welcome. Francesca, we hope you’ll soon be able to show your little boy Hungary!

Overall, we would recommend the hotel for its beautiful setting, friendly staff, and fair value. However, we personally wouldn’t return, as the food selection didn’t suit our tastes and there aren’t really entertainment options.

The Worker in the Restaurant are so very welcoming and very friendly the food is great We eat the breakfast lunch and Dinner there and the food is very delicious and is buffet so you can all you want and you have a lot of options.Our room is very clean and nice. The beach is so near just in the corner. I usually book 4 to 5 star hotels but this hotel is 3 star I was really conten and there is so many supermarkets near in the hotel

Newly renovated great staff and fantastic breakfast . Our room was a little sub par maybe it hadn’t been renovated yet . To be fair it was a last minute booking and the room was very small ( all they had left ) . Otherwise right in beach row and family friendly

We would like to say thank you to the amazing staff at this hotel, who made our stay very enjoyable. Every single member of staff ( including cleaners ) made us feel very welcome during our stay and I would rate their customer care 5 stars. The manager personally picked us up and dropped us off at the nearby Rimini airport - a service that is available to all guests and free of charge! This was not a package holiday and I don’t know of any hotel that does this. Our room was ready by 11am, well before checking in time. Rooms were cleaned daily and clean sheets and towels provided every day. The hotel organised optional coach trips - shopping in Rimini, festival in San Marino etc, dance and music entertainment in the evening, had kids club available daily in the afternoon and in the evening. There was a jacuzzi on the roof top and restaurant with sea view. We went all inclusive and the food was simply out of this world! Italian food is fantastic anyway, but they made special nights serving seafood, local specialties and wine , salami, cheese tasting etc. The reception would advice on local boat trips ( boat literally leaving from the hotel beach bay 18), you could also buy tickets for local attractions from them cheaper ( Italia in Miniatura, Fabialandia etc). I can’t find anything negative about this hotel. For bigger families the rooms may be smaller, but you pay per room, not per person. I would definitely go back any time.
