Service is great, very friendly and informative. The rooms were clean. The hotel seems actually quite old but they have tried to renovate it beautifully. Beds were comfy. 4.5 stars actually, because they are still using the old fashioned hairdryer built into the wall, which is still ok but it overheats when you use it for just 2 minutes. Parking was a plus and we appreciated the free bottle of water. The walls are rather thin, you can hear everything in the hallway.

Most comfortable unit ! Had everything within reach. Even a washing machine and clothes rack
Andrea was fabulous. Helped us book our car rental and was very patient. The entire staff was excellent.

We stayed here for two weeks in summertime and enjoyed every second. Being in the hospitality branche myself I want to give them my sincere compliments about everything !!
Wonderful apartments, clean, very friendly and professional staff, everything works, beautiful location and more .... We stayed at luxury hotels in Rimini for years but Residence hotel Queen wins in all aspects. I would say keep up the professional good work we definitely hope to be back one day !! Clean room, big bathroom but the toilet in a tight location, stove, fridge, full sink, and full table. Great location, about 10-15 min walk to train station, lots of shops, near beach, lots of volleyball, basketball, tennis and other courts for activities. Many beach clubs and restaurants. Great facilities!

Very nice hotel, very quiet rooms, comfy bed and great hosts not on the seafront but only around 100 yds away, disabled friendly, we have an electric wheelchair, there is an outside lift to reception and lifts to floors, all flat, dog friendly as well, balcony a bonus. Very good.

Nice little hotel for a 3 night stay
Rooms are a little small, there was 3 of us away to watching the northern Ireland match in San Marino and room was meant to be big enough for 4, would've been a bit of a squeeze, shower situation not ideal privacy wise but no big deal, overall happy enough for all we needed it for 👍
