Very friendly host, Marianna. The residence is very close to the beach and has all amenities nearby.

The Residence Rimini Mare has been my home for three months, from the end of February 2022 until the end of May of that same year. And this is what this place has been for me exactly - a home.
The bright and neat apartments were a bliss to wake up to and having everything at hand to be completely autonomous made my stay all the more enjoyable. In addition to this, the staff is the loveliest and the residence only a few steps away from the beach and the sea and all the amenities you need!
For either a winter or summer stay, I highly recommend booking with Marianna and Giuseppe, who will make your holiday and/or break the sweetest!

Negative experience, at the time of booking they forwarded photos of the apartment (nice), too bad that on arrival it was NOT the one assigned.
Dirty and not working washing machine, dishes to wash.
They ask for advance payment.
Structure not to return and not to recommend.

The apartment I got was not renovated. It said on the website that the apartments were renovated. This is also what I suggested when choosing the hotel. The internet works very badly, I was using mine.

Avoid room 2, there is a stale smell there. The bathroom windows cannot be opened.

We stayed during the first week of June. We arrived that we didn't have very high expectations due to the not very good reviews we read previously, but with great surprise we found a newly renovated structure! We also found ourselves very well with the new management, the very friendly and nice receptionist :)
