Located a short distance from Rimini airport this small hotel covers all the bases really well and is a great example of a modestly priced establishment providing outstanding value. Situated just a couple of blocks from the beach it’s a lovely place to retreat to and to relax in, delivering high in terms of cleanliness and sustainability. Bottled soft drinks are available in reception along with a nice coffee bar and small seating area inside/outside. The rooms are functionally impressive with nice spacious balconies and cool vistas of the sea. Breakfast is available at sister hotel Arlino just around the corner, which offers a good range of sweet and savoury buffet items with hot and cold drinks etc. An in-house restaurant and fitness room would have been welcome facilities, however, for a hotel of this category it has good amenities and the overall ambience is great. Staff here are exceptional, special mentions to Dina, Emre and Yosra for being so amenable and for providing such helpful guidance and advice. Overall a recommended option, which I hope to return to next time I visit Rimini.

Paid so much money, no parking, and no breakfast. Another hotel was €70, which was a little less.

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant stay due to several problems... first of all the room was very small 7.6m2 and not 11m2 as written, moving around the room with difficulty, the terrace door touched the bed, the bathroom very small with a camper sink, small. The mattress was 30 years old with springs that could be felt and hurt even if they had put a 1.5 cm topper, the old air conditioner that was not possible to turn on because it blew air on us, therefore badly positioned. You could hear every noise even the smallest ones from the neighbors and especially from the train that passed every 30 minutes. The breakfast was poor almost all packaged and always the same things, they were not in the bathroom, but were served on a plate by the staff and always the same things that I did not even want to see... the parking very small and paid 10 euros a day. The staff was helpful and kind, but it is not enough, so it was a bad experience. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have never found the bed so bad, it was very hard and above all they did not tell me that breakfast was to be paid for separately, I have been travelling for 23 years but I had not yet had a negative experience, it seems that they are not interested in tourists, the only positive note is that the hotel is close to Viale Regina Margherita in Rimini where Pete takes bus 11 to Riccione.

The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation.
