Crosal in Rimini

Good location. Access stairs with a railing that couldn't be reached because of flowerpots blocked. It puts those who use it at risk. It needs to be revisited (the priority should be people, not flowerpots). It's a family-run business, and it's truly refreshing to see the whole family working together. The children are good and kind, even the father. Meanwhile, the mother doesn't take criticism seriously, and then it's obvious she takes it for granted and doesn't pay attention. We did ask for a mattress replacement because ours was too soft and uncomfortable. She said she didn't have anything else, and we understand, but we shouldn't take it personally. My wife slept poorly and had to take painkillers for the deformity of the mattress. A mini-fridge in the room would also be helpful, as there's no way to keep fresh water available. Otherwise, it's acceptable. But we won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

We stayed there 4 nights. When we arrived they gave us a room that had a strong smell from the bathroom and the AC didn't work. We ask them to change the room and they did that without any problems. The second room was better. I do not recommend to have breakfast there. The omelette was cold. The price for what we ate was high. You can find nearby something cheaper and tastier. During our staying they didn't change our bed sheets. 50£ for a night was very expensive. I recommend to find another hotel for this price. We chose this one because it was close to our friends home.
