Residence Mimosa in Rimini

First of all I paid with parking 420€ for 4 nights (2 people)so it's really expensive compare to quality. In apartment we have broken heater in bathroom so, all the time there was dirty and wet floor, air conditioner smells really bad and if you take the room for less than 2 nights you have to pay for using kitchen. That was really strange. Apartment was old and destroyed, there was mold on the wall. Reception was always empty, nobody was there and nobody keep an eye on the resident.

2 points only for good location (near to the sea) and really nice staff.

I will not be able to describe the stay because these "gentlemen" did not allow me to do so. In short: a couple of months ago, my wife booked through booking a stay of one week for about 700 euros for two people. We use the usual card which is regularly active and working on booking. All ok until the end of July, where we start receiving messages inviting you to update your credit card. At that point, after verifying the data, we try to contact booking and the structure. No one answers. We leave messages to the structure, but no one calls us back. The messages continue, so let's change the credit card. Result: 15 days before the stay, the structure cancels the reservation. In despair, we try to talk to the structure, but no one responds. In short, my daughter will not be able to stay because someone has decided to cancel the reservation. I've been going to Rimini for years and such a thing had never happened before. Fortunately, Romagna is a land of professionals in the sector and these "Gentiluomini" are white flies. I will not be able to do anything but I will certainly engage in negative publicity. Final note: the apartment booked months ago with the Covid doubt, was agreed for 700 euros. Now the same structure is sold for 1400. To you the conclusions .......
