Hotel Laguna Blu in Rimini

This is not a hotel, but a hostel – something to be aware of before booking. The air conditioning barely worked, outside noise made it hard to sleep, and the staff was unfriendly. One coffee capsule for two people over two days is just ridiculous. There was no sense of hospitality or concern for guest comfort

Mold on the tiles in the bathroom, shower over the toilet, terrible stench in the facility after 10 years of not cleaning, the floor in the room is sticky. Owners unfriendly , if you are not Italian.
You can't go out for a walk at night because the hotel door will be locked when you come back. You cannot take your room key when you go out to eat or sunbathe, the room keys are at the reception - available to anyone who enters the hotel.
Air conditioning is unserviced, smells of fungus.
I don't know why this place is called a hotel.
When you want to leave early in the morning because, for example, you have a flight, the owner will yell at you, telling you that you should sleep until 7 and you don't leave the hotel before 7. You can't explain anything to him because he doesn't understand a single word in English.
I highly do not recommend this place.
The only advantage is the location close to the beach, but luckily it is next to much nicer and clean (!) hotels.

The room we booked was not available so we were stuck with the smallest room in the world that had the even smaller bathroom. It was their last floor, so we felt like we were staying in their attic. We wouldn't recommend this place.

This place was very dirty and had very poor conditions. The family who run it are nice and they try to be friendly, but they are clearly overwhelmed by what they need to do. We had only booked 2 nights in the hotel, and then we moved somewhere else. I would not recommend this at all. The carpet on the stairs leading to the breakfast room hasn't been cleaned in months! The fruits served at breakfast aren't washed. The quality of all the food is sub standard. The only good things were the coffee and the hotel's location.
