If you’re looking for a very clean, quite and affordable hotel you are done searching! We were here for six days and we loved every single moment. The staff is extremely friendly and professional at the same time. The rooms were always clean and tidy. I would put 7 stars to the restaurant service!!! The food we ate was really top quality. I highly recommend you to get a deal with one or two meals per day. That chef is MAGICAL! We will definitely come back!!!

We've been staying at this property for several years. Every year, we always have a great experience. The menu is exceptional, with a wide selection of meat and fish. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with the beach just steps away. A hotel that makes you feel right at home.

I stayed the first week of August 2025. I was alone and didn't know how this new Rimini vacation experience would go. Well, if it's true that a good start to the day begins in the morning, I'd say it was fantastic... starting from waking up in the hotel! Elena and Marco truly made me feel at home. I felt a great sense of freedom staying with them. I highly recommend it to everyone. With their kindness and helpfulness, they made my vacation week truly a blessing! I recommend this hotel for several reasons, including the cleanliness of the rooms, the proximity to the beaches (with special rates), and the central location. Thank you guys for the little touches you showed me (like the chilled popsicles every day :-) and thank you for your hospitality. I'll definitely be back!!!

My fiancé and I booked for the week of August 15th. We immediately found the hospitality excellent and the willingness to accommodate any needs. The food is amazing and of high quality, although generous, yet easily digestible. The cleanliness of the rooms and the proximity to the sea are other strong points of this hotel. Beyond all these positive aspects, the real strength is the family who runs it, who will make you feel at home.

The food is excellent and varied; we loved the sailor's lunch and the Romagna-style dinners.
The rooms are spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with a safe.
The common areas are also well-kept and clean.
Marco and Elena are wonderful people and always available.
If you're looking for a vacation in Rimini, I highly recommend it.

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sehr sauber und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon.

Excellent family run hotel. We spent five wonderful days and from the beginning we felt at home, with an organized, truly impeccable service at the highest levels. We chose this structure for the competitive price and for the evaluations of the customers who preceded us and I must confirm that the excellent reviews were indeed corresponding to reality. The structure is neat and spotless, the food really delicious, with the use of first choice ingredients, dishes prepared by a chef who really deserves a starred public recognition. Summarizing the experience for me, shared unanimously by the other members of my family, was truly excellent. Experience that we will certainly repeat in the future. Thanks for everything to the wonderful owners and the very efficient staff. I recommend absolutely without reservations.

Great family run hotel experienced in the family. Spotless and welcoming. The cuisine is excellent with quality raw materials. The proximity to the sea reachable in a few minutes makes it the ideal base for summer holidays. Excellent value for money.

Nice and well-kept hotel a few meters from the sea. Nightlife with mixed clubs, but slightly off-center, therefore quiet at night. Everything you can get from a 3-star hotel and more. Good breakfast with homemade cakes too. Small room not so big, but with everything you need (TV, climate and good bathroom) and with balcony.

The friendliness of the managers and the excellent welcome make the hotel ada an excellent hotel for families and couples, making their guests spend a holiday characterized by carefree and tranquility, if you are looking for a hotel and you do not have many pretensions, the hotel ada fa to your case. The staff is always polite and available to customer needs by offering many services, including the agreement with Bagno 44 where you will find Mario and his staff who will offer you an excellent welcome and friendliness. Excellent breakfasts and dinners in the hotel with always excellent and abundant meals. The only flaw is the parking you have to be lucky to find it nearby, the hotel has an agreement with a paid parking lot subject to availability, but it is a bit far, otherwise it is a really good hotel.

The only drawback is the parking that is not easy to find but it must be said that for hotels with internal parking spaces you must definitely review the budget.
Keeping in mind that we are not talking about luxury hotels and not expecting luxury services, we can only recommend it to the greatest.
