Hotel acerboli was one of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed at. No working tv. No working wifi. Very slow AC. Outdated furniture and tiny and dirty toilet. Reception mostly empty and little to no service, not to mention there was a bar. But for our whole stay it was unmanned. Easily one of my worst hotel stays ever and biggest waste of money. I would rate it lower if i could. 0/10 for me

Service is best. Room is clean and provided with all necessities. Staff is really friendly. Definitely recommended.
