Hotel Acerboli in Rimini

We stayed for just one night on Easter Sunday. I must say that the night porter and especially the morning lady were very kind and helpful. I don't like giving bad judgments so I'll limit myself to the facts, after all it's useful for this trip. Hotel with an excellent location, a little dated in the furniture, I think the bunk bed is my age and I'm no longer a kid 😅, but generally acceptable, honest breakfast. Let's get to the sore points, lack of toilet paper in the bathroom, there could be an oversight...a broken toilet seat stuck with tape...rather unwatchable, but oversight number two is quite serious...toilet flush out of order 😳, hotel full with impossibility of replacing room with the same type... remedied with the possibility of using the bathroom of a nearby room, which is clearly not the same thing... in the middle of the night and with a small child. Having paid quite a bit (98) perhaps one could also expect a minimum refund, they offered us a bottle of water (2). I dispassionately advise you to "rejuvenate" everything as soon as possible, and immediately change the seriously inadequate cleaning company.
