Very small room sold as "executive", structure and rooms very old and poorly maintained, air conditioning non-existent, shower head saturated with limescale and almost unusable due to blocked nozzles, fridge service: empty with an old and non-working mini fridge, we reported the problems especially the non-working air conditioning but the owner insisted on claiming that fresh air was coming in without trying to solve the problem in the slightest. At checkout, the employee repeatedly reminded the owner that we were the ones with a room without air conditioning, probably to encourage him to at least apply a discount, but he pretended not to notice and charged us the agreed upon amount for a room that was supposed to have air conditioning, a mini-bar, a shower, and a sea view. Well, there was barely a sea view. I absolutely do not recommend it for a vacation. It is now dilapidated and needs to be redone. The prices are a bit lower than the competition, but in reality they are very high compared to how the structure appears, which on paper is a 3-star but in reality it is a 1970s guesthouse, not in style. In short, I would not go there again and I do not feel like recommending it. The structure does have problems. In my opinion, it would be enough to be honest and clear with customers and try to make amends in case of dissatisfaction, but at least for me it was not like that. Ripping off tourists is not the right strategy and does not represent Romagna.

We booked two rooms for four people each and were quite disappointed with the overall condition, both in terms of the hotel's amenities and cleanliness.
The sofa bed and chair were dirty, the double bed had obvious stains, and the room lacked a mini-fridge, which is now standard in most hotels. The hairdryer provided was broken and held together with tape, unsafe especially since it was located near the shower.
The shower was unusable: the water was freezing all day, and, being on the floor and without a fixed shower stall, it soaked the entire bathroom. There was also no mat to dry our feet on, and the toilet flushed slowly, sometimes seeming to leak. Furthermore, our room had internal windows overlooking the bathroom, covered only by thin curtains: from some angles, especially from the corridor, there might be little privacy while showering.
I understand that a room might not have a balcony, but at least some lines to hang out wet swimsuits or clothes would be helpful. The meal times (which we hadn't included, but we read) seemed very restricted, for example, lunch from 12:30 to 1:00 PM and breakfast only from approximately 9:30 to 10:00 AM.
The air conditioning worked intermittently, as did the television, and we weren't given a password for Wi-Fi, which is quite unusual in 2025. The room was small for four people, with only two electrical outlets (bring an adapter) and two small closets, one of which had no doors.
On a positive note: the staff was really kind and helpful, always ready to help and provide information.
The external services are also good: the hotel has a special agreement with Bagno Giovanna No. 8, right across the street, where you can rent two sun loungers and an umbrella for 12 euros per day (for at least three days) or 16 euros (for two days).
There's also a special agreement with a nearby water park, for just 3 euros per day per person.
The parking lot is convenient, closed, and accessible with a ZTL permit, costing €5 per night, and the staff will personally escort you there.
The location is also convenient: the beach is across the street, close to some good, reasonably priced restaurants. The No. 4 bus to Rimini station stops nearby, and the city center is about 3 km away, also within walking distance.
Furthermore, you can return at any time thanks to a key for the secondary entrance.
Overall, it's a good place to stay for a group of young people and for short stays of two or three days. However, for a longer stay, I personally wouldn't recommend it, despite the good external services. I wouldn't consider it a true 3-star hotel.

Do not use this hotel. Its dirty and the guy from reception not nice.
