Room was in good shape, modern and up to date. Washroom was also new. Cleanliness was very good and the beds and linens were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. Location was also a five minute walk from the train station and from the Flix Bus terminal. Easy to find. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in and out.

We booked a double and got twins. Bed flipped over and broke while my husband was sleeping. He landed on top of me the first time . We thought it was a fluke , lifted it and it happened again . We mentioned it to the front desk and they brushed it off . I have a photo but can’t post . It was completely flipped on its side .

Good location near the bus stop to Miramare castle and close to city center. Room is cozy and spacious with wardrobe and safe. Breakfast is delicious.

When I arrived at the hotel, I thought I was staying at a substandard hotel. The lobby and the rooms were separate, and the rooms seemed to be a hotel converted from an apartment building, which made me worried about safety. However, I was surprised to find that the room was quite large, clean, and tidy, and even had a kitchen. It was quite unexpected to be able to stay in such a large room in Europe, and I was very satisfied.

I liked the location! Close to the train stations and the city center. Good breakfast and very friendly staff! There's a large grocery store called "Pam" nearby! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Average breakfast, bad coffee. Very uncomfortable soft bed. Room was good size, staff polite and very good location.

A nice old fashion hotel just blocks from the train station and near Via Roma, a street that leads you to the heart of Trieste. Wonderful staff; from the gentlemen behind the front desk to the lovely lady who tidied our room daily.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the bus/railway station (3 minutes walk). Good breakfasts, large rooms. We were happy with everything!

A very friendly welcome with a personal touch. The hotel is centrally located and has lovely rooms. If you are staying with bicycles, you can park them in the hotel area. If you are arriving by car, the car park at the train station is just a 5-minute walk away.
