TO AVOID!
I was supposed to stay at Podere Telesforo in Acquapendente on February 19, 2022. I had booked the structure through booking and paid in advance for the room about 60.00 euros for a quick stay.
The facility never got in touch with me. I was supposed to check-in in the evening returning from Orvieto, but the directions on the site led to another property near Grosseto, or to another farmhouse in the area. I tried to get in touch with the manager of Podere Telesforo but he never answered, and then claimed the following days that the telephone for reservations was "broken".
So, I had to stay at another property and pay for another room. When I managed to get in touch with Podere Telesforo I didn't find any availability and the manager claimed that the mistake was totally mine.
I asked for a refund of the room where I could not stay due to the wrong indications and the lack of support, and was replied after several insistences that they would only compensate me 70%, because they had incurred "various expenses" such as heating, booking commissions, etc.
I find the behavior of Podere Telesforo to say the least shameful and I advise users to contact other structures in the area, where they would certainly receive a better welcome.

A beautiful location, a beautiful, very spacious and fully equipped apartment, with very kind and very helpful owners. A nice place where I hope to return!

Lovely spacious room and house, very nice and welcoming landlady, very clean and everything provided. Takes about 40 mins walking from the centre of Acquapendente. On the way to Bolsena on Via Francigena.
