Close to the airport, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the hotel facilities.
Huge hotel with all the comforts. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas isn't impeccable, but it's still good.
Everything was pretty average. I only stayed for one night because I had an early flight the next morning!
This place is great. It was quite a surprise; we only arrived here on our last day. Italian food is more suited to Chinese tastes. I came back from Spain and was almost given up hope, but this hotel in Rome is fantastic!
The golf course is right next door, which was very pleasant. The hotel's pool and music bar are also very nice.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Rome and the airport.
A few minutes' walk from the hotel is a village with many lively restaurants.
It's quite suitable for vacation, the environment is beautiful, it's nice to take pictures, the hotel is quite large, and there is a swimming pool. It's just a little far from the city attractions, and a taxi is about 50 euros

This Hotel looks really nice as you enter. The lobby was bright and stylish. For this Hotel to improve it would be helpful to explain the room numbers more. It was confusing the first night. Also I observed that our bathroom had mold around the tub. I understand this is a large building and this may be hard to stay on top of. But if there was a way to address this issue it would good. Placing some...
The hotel itself is actually quite ok. It sprawls over a large area. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was not spartan but left you with a longing for a bit more. What's the word, it was a bit dull. The food was really good. We had buffet for lunch and the dishes were good. They have gluten-free, dairy free selections which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is...
It was o nice hotel but a little far from downtown ... 😃
I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.
Stayed here due to a flight cancellation. Beautiful property and well oiled machine to cranky delayed travellers. Dinner and breakfast buffets were reminiscent of a wedding. Well done.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and the staff at the bar are awesome. Raffael was the bartender/waiter who was there the 2 nights my friend and I stayed and he gave us the best customer service.

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see.
Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt.
Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb.
Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...
The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Very huge hotel and very nice big room Very close to airport old a little bit but nice and clean
The hotel was very understaffed. Long queues for food in the restaurant, bar and checkout. We were upgraded because the light fuse broke in our room . The staff were friendly. Overall the hotel seemed a little old as and run down .
Only 1 or 2 shuttle to and from airport a day
Swimming pool was big
Location a little bit far from downtown, facilities are old and needs replacing
The facilities are old, and it's not very close to the airport. Even a taxi ride costs 30 Euros.
The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas, and they even had small gifts for guests. Highly recommend!

The location is indeed excellent, with a direct walkway to the boarding hall. However, the hotel is old, and the service is almost non-existent.
The hotel is newly renovated, the deluxe room we booked was nicely designed. However, strangely the bathroom was somewhat left with the old design. Best about the hotel is the connecting bridge that leads directly to T1 & T3 of the airport, where we needed only 10 mins to walk to T1. We planned to stay here because we had an early morning flight, and we wanted to be at the airport 2.5 hours before...
As far as airport hotels go this is good. Very expensive beer was my main negative.
I have been staying to this hotel for work for over 15years and for over 15 years I had the pleasure to experience the attentiveness and kindness of every single staff member.
In particular I would like to thank Alina who is the breakfast hall attendant who is the kindest lady of the hotel. She wellcomes her guests as if they were coming to her own house, she has a genuine smile and a kind and gentle...
I feel like the Queen of England after my fabulous BATH! After two weeks of backpacking our way throughout Europe (and tiny shower stalls), we opted for our last night stay at the Hilton FCO since we are flying back to the states the next morning. At first, we were a little apprehensive because of previous reviews. However, we stayed on the fifth floor (which is an executive level) and our room is...

Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. Situated in between central Rome and the airport outside pool is really nice. The water is very cold though. We used the inside spa, which was very relaxing and nice.
The hotel's amenities are decent, and the room itself is quite spacious. The lobby has a nice waiting area, which was convenient for relaxing after check-out while waiting for my flight. However:
1. The location is too remote. It's really inconvenient to get to Rome's main attractions from here.
2. There were some unidentified black hairs on the showerhead in the bathroom...
Nice hotel. Very polite and attentive staff in the bar and on reception. I stayed in a. Newly refurbished room which was very nice. Food from the bar (dinner) was very nice. lunch from internal restaurant was also very nice. We stayed there for a conference and the large scale catering outside was not as good as inside. Had to wait 20 mins for vegetarian dish to arrive for one person on our table...
The room was large, a rarity in Europe. I slept very comfortably, the breakfast was generous, and the service was very nice. The minibar was restocked daily. The Vatican is a 15-minute drive away, so transportation is quite convenient. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, but taxis are readily available. The hotel's shuttle bus to the airport, train station, and downtown is very convenient, but...
Wonderful amenities (complimentary access to the spa, breakfast and the shuttle bus was a SUPER PLUS). Wonderful staff and service. The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars was because the room although Spacious with a nice view from the balcony, left much to be desired in the ways of cleanliness/upkeep. Wonderful hotel - it was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are professional, the premises top notch, the price/value ratio is unbeaten given the location. Will be back soon. Thank you!
Great location, near Plaza de España. The hotel is a bit old, but the breakfast is good. 👍
Very disappointed. Some waiters have bad attitudes and cannot solve some of the guests' needs.
It's in a high-end hotel area, quiet and clean, very close to the Pantheon. There was a long queue of people and VIPs with guns at the Merrill Lynch Hotel next door early in the morning. It turned out that their deputy chief had arrived.
We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Excelsior in Rome. The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable).
The room was fantastic - the bed was so so comfortable, the furnishings impeccable (antique pieces, fabric wall coverings, chandeliers, marble countertops) - it had everything...
Love this place! Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and nice. Tvs in rooms could use an upgrade to bring them into the modern eras. Staff are super kind and accommodating. Nice hotel after all, not super new but honest. Good vibes at breakfast, a waiter from Napoli was singing a bit and was very nice 😀
Free parking with plenty of spaces. Many police officers stay here, so it feels quite safe. The hotel rooms are well-equipped and all have balconies, which is great. Breakfast is 15 euros and very rich. The location is a bit remote, suitable for those with a car.
The rooms are spacious and free parking is very convenient. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's a bit far from the center of Rome, so it's ideal for those traveling by car.
The standard rooms are pretty average, but the suites offer incredible value for money. What really stands out, though, is that this hotel is actually the municipal building for the Roman district, which means there are always two rows of police cars parked downstairs every evening. The restaurant is even the police cafeteria, and the gym serves as their training center. You'll see police officers...

It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.
Good environment near the swimming pool.
The hotel is very large, and both the concierge and front desk services are very, very good 👍. It is not yet breakfast time for the early flight, and the hotel has carefully prepared snacks. When checking out, they kindly reminded me to have some snacks before leaving, which is super heartwarming!
The room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill...
European five-star hotels all exude an old-money style, with a long history and exquisite murals and sculptures. The service is OK, but the outdoor swimming pool is not open in winter, and the indoor swimming pool is charged separately, which is not cost-effective.

It was okay, though the air conditioning only had heating and no cooling, but it wasn't a big issue.
Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.
The room was not able to be cooled and was like sleeping in an oven.
Terrible experience. The room was old, and the facilities were broken. The toilet cistern switch was faulty, causing the water to drip constantly.
I arrived late at night and had an early flight to Rome the next day, so I booked this hotel near the airport. The location is indeed good. I heard they have tennis courts, which I unfortunately didn't have time to try this visit. I'll save that for next time, haha!

The train next to it is very convenient, and you can take it directly to the Colosseum. Dinner is also available, but reservations are required. Carrefour supermarket next to it is very convenient for shopping
Good service, rich breakfast, shuttle to the city center, the location is a bit remote, but the transportation is convenient. There is an executive lounge. High cost performance, recommended!
Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained.
The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers.

Free shuttle from FCO airport. More affordable than original Hilton cheaper about 50%. So Actually worth the money.
The hotel is a bit run down. It's fine for an overnight layover. It's really more like a 3-star Italian hotel, at best.
The location was excellent — very close to the airport and extremely convenient. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, 24/7, which made getting to and from the airport super easy for us. Perfect for travelers with early or late flights!
Last minute booking due to British Airways cockup. Very clean and comfortable room and hotel, convenient for the airport. Front desk very helpful.
Overall is reasonable if you need airport transfers. Other than that, interior of hotel eg reception and room is old though functioning well.
Only good for location. Restaurant was not good. Shuttles run every 15 mins. Our flight was from T1 but shuttle driver dropped us at T3. In the end we found the way to T1 from T3. The coffee machine in my room was not working and there wasn’t any welcome gift. Besides that, every thing was great.
Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.
Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. A standard Holiday Inn, but very good overall. The bed was huge, and the room was very spacious, as was the hotel itself. I was really satisfied and felt it was great value for money. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Rome. It's truly excellent.
Perhaps the name Holiday Inn” should be changed to “Bed & Breakfast”, because you get close to nothing amenities in a quite secluded area with very little to do around.
