The location is indeed excellent, with a direct walkway to the boarding hall. However, the hotel is old, and the service is almost non-existent.
The hotel is newly renovated, the deluxe room we booked was nicely designed. However, strangely the bathroom was somewhat left with the old design. Best about the hotel is the connecting bridge that leads directly to T1 & T3 of the airport, where we needed only 10 mins to walk to T1. We planned to stay here because we had an early morning flight, and we wanted to be at the airport 2.5 hours before...
As far as airport hotels go this is good. Very expensive beer was my main negative.
I have been staying to this hotel for work for over 15years and for over 15 years I had the pleasure to experience the attentiveness and kindness of every single staff member. In particular I would like to thank Alina who is the breakfast hall attendant who is the kindest lady of the hotel. She wellcomes her guests as if they were coming to her own house, she has a genuine smile and a kind and gentle...
I feel like the Queen of England after my fabulous BATH! After two weeks of backpacking our way throughout Europe (and tiny shower stalls), we opted for our last night stay at the Hilton FCO since we are flying back to the states the next morning. At first, we were a little apprehensive because of previous reviews. However, we stayed on the fifth floor (which is an executive level) and our room is...

Very huge hotel and very nice big room Very close to airport old a little bit but nice and clean
The hotel was very understaffed. Long queues for food in the restaurant, bar and checkout. We were upgraded because the light fuse broke in our room . The staff were friendly. Overall the hotel seemed a little old as and run down .
Only 1 or 2 shuttle to and from airport a day Swimming pool was big
Location a little bit far from downtown, facilities are old and needs replacing
The facilities are old, and it's not very close to the airport. Even a taxi ride costs 30 Euros.
The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas, and they even had small gifts for guests. Highly recommend!

The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center
The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!
Convenient parking, close to the airport The hotel pool and restaurant are good, affordable, and the restaurant serves Italian food. The small fan in the room is retro and I like it. I like this fashionable boutique series of Marriott.
The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!
The room is nice and clean, and the hotel lobby reception is also good. Check in requires a credit card prepayment of 100 euros. Attached is the bus time from the hotel to the city center, via petroselli 50 is near the Mouth of Truth in the city center. The fee can be directly deducted from the credit card at the front desk.
There was a female receptionist on the night shift who had a very bad attitude. Because we didn't ask for room service, we asked her for water when we returned to the hotel at night. She evaded us by saying that she could only give two bottles per room. Later, she left us alone and asked us to wait for other staff to come. She was very impatient and rolled her eyes. This was the first time I encountered...

Overall Rating: 6/5 Stars We stayed with our infant daughter—it was a delight. She loved it, and staff made us all feel welcome in a luxurious, family-friendly setting. Check-In Experience Smooth process with a sweet toy for our baby. Wish we'd gotten more amenity info upfront; we hunted for restaurant hours and gym location. Gym Facilities Well-equipped with modern machines, free weights, classes...
After all the wonderful reviews of the Rome Cavalieri, I had pretty high expectations for the property, but unfortunately, so of those expections were not met. Let's start with the room. While the room is clean and has that old world charm, it definitely appeals to an older generation. The bed was comfortable and all the furniture was kept well. One strange thing that kept bothering me was all...
Absolutely terrific property. The views are simply unbeatable, like something out of a movie. The service is exceptional, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. I was also a very big fan of their breakfast buffet, as well as the dining options for dinner. While we didn’t get a chance to go to it, the hotel is home to Rome‘s only three star Michelin restaurant, Pergola. The only criticism that...
We stayed at the Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel this past August during our very first visit to Italy, and from the moment we arrived until our final day, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I’d like to share my appreciation for the wonderful service at the Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel. It was my first time visiting Rome, and I came with my sister, so having such a warm welcome meant a lot. Daniel at check-in was especially outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very helpful. He introduced the hotel’s services and even escorted us to our room, which made us feel truly cared for...
It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.
Wonderful hotel - it was our 2nd visit within 2 weeks and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are professional, the premises top notch, the price/value ratio is unbeaten given the location. Will be back soon. Thank you!
Great location, near Plaza de España. The hotel is a bit old, but the breakfast is good. 👍
Very disappointed. Some waiters have bad attitudes and cannot solve some of the guests' needs.
It's in a high-end hotel area, quiet and clean, very close to the Pantheon. There was a long queue of people and VIPs with guns at the Merrill Lynch Hotel next door early in the morning. It turned out that their deputy chief had arrived.
We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Excelsior in Rome. The staff was so very helpful - they gave us recommendations for dinner and arranged for a car to take us to the airport (same price as a taxi, but so much more comfortable). The room was fantastic - the bed was so so comfortable, the furnishings impeccable (antique pieces, fabric wall coverings, chandeliers, marble countertops) - it had everything...

Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. Situated in between central Rome and the airport outside pool is really nice. The water is very cold though. We used the inside spa, which was very relaxing and nice.
The hotel's amenities are decent, and the room itself is quite spacious. The lobby has a nice waiting area, which was convenient for relaxing after check-out while waiting for my flight. However: 1. The location is too remote. It's really inconvenient to get to Rome's main attractions from here. 2. There were some unidentified black hairs on the showerhead in the bathroom...
Nice hotel. Very polite and attentive staff in the bar and on reception. I stayed in a. Newly refurbished room which was very nice. It was okay, though the air conditioning only had heating and no cooling, but it wasn't a big issue.
Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.
The room was not able to be cooled and was like sleeping in an oven.
Well located hotel close to the Fiumicino airport with convenient (extra cost) shuttle service. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, but only one working plug in the room. Decent and well priced breakfast (paid at time of booking), which very conveniently starts at 6:00 AM, which is great if you are traveling early that day. On the negative side, there was no way you can bypass the steps going to the elevators...

I want to give it 4 stars, but I can't. The staff is proficient, kind and welcoming everywhere and the breakfast is pretty good, but rooms need further improvement and modernization. Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.
Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Very good service, very good breakfast, the lifeguard, the gentleman, very good service, kept the pool clean and did the contamination tests and was attentive to make sure we were comfortable, at reception always attentive to requests or taxi calls, the bar served very well and it is not expensive, thank you very much
The location is convenient if you’re coming from the airport, but it’s still quite far from the city center. I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign because I didn’t want housekeeping to enter, but they came in anyway. They even took a bag that wasn’t trash — it contained souvenirs I had just bought. It was extremely disappointing. What’s the point of the sign if it’s going to be ignored?

We stayed here for 3 nights and whilst the hotel was very good it doesn't quite warrant 5 stars in any area. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable but the noise from the road, and from the corridors is too loud. They did change our room from the second floor to the sixth and this eliminated the external problem. The service at breakfast was poor and they actually ran out of crockery -...
So first off I want to start with the positive, the rooms are beautifully furnished and clean, the soundproofing as far as outside sound is great and the staff is very friendly. Good and clean hotel. Location is near Vatican City. As Asian, it is common to encounter ****** in Italy so here is the same. Don’t take it to heart when people are beneath you. Other than that, good hotel to stay.
This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.
The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.
Very nice hotel with super service. Location is a bit out of the Centre, but accessible via Metro
The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.
Cool style hotel, all new and clean. Highly recommended for a couples weekend, not so suitable for families. Very comfortable beds, large TV etc. GYM is also fine. Great rooftop and good food in the hotel restaurant.

Staying at Hotel Tiber was a genuinely great experience. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the sea and still well connected to Rome and the airport. The views are amazing, particularly from the upper floors and rooftop, and they really add something special to the stay. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well laid out, which is not always easy to find in Rome...
We loved this hotel! The airport shuttle was easy and extremely punctual. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the view (and the service) at the rooftop bar. I booked this hotel to due to its proximity to the airport, but we really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in too. We stayed in 4 different lodgings during our time in Italy and this one was our favorite.
The location is excellent, right in the T3 arrival area of the airport. The hotel shuttle bus stop is right by Gate 4. I didn't know the shuttle schedule before, and it got really cold later, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which cost 35 Euros. So, it's a good idea to check the shuttle schedule beforehand for convenience.
Good for an overnight airport connection hotel. My gripe was that there was no coffee maker or electric kettle, one had to go to the lobby and figure it out. And 2 pillows on the big bed. Both are pretty minor, really. Their shuttle at the airport is on a big lane with other hotels, stand at the #3 spot. They arrange a departure shuttle for you at check in.
Hotel Tiber is our go-to last night in Italy stop. It has always been clean, comfortable and convenient with excellent airport shuttle service. Can always count on great service from the staff. We appreciate the excellent choice of restaurants in the area and the rooftop bar to savor our last Italian sunsets. Looking forward to our next vacation. Best, Daniel and Linda Shanks

It’s a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn’t work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner can’t work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. And she still told me the air conditioner would work at night…actually, the air conditioner didn’t work at night also. Meanwhile, the WiFi...
Welcoming structure, staff are attentive and helpful to customer needs. Old rooms of 90’s, however renovated, very quiet and clean, but still to improve. No kettle, no wipes, no slippers, no shaving mirrors. Excellent dinner and the Breakfast. Excellent possibility of free outdoor parking. Good location. Easily accessible by public transport also. I stayed for three nights at this hotel along with...
Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.
The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho
A group of us stayed four nights here. It was breakfast and evenings meal included and the food was very good and generous portions. Wine choice was very good and good value People working here are very helpful and bedroom was made up to a very high standard. I used public transport a bit and from Rome. The stop is on the street outside
