Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.

For the money, this property offers a very strong value. The hotel is pretty far from the centre of Rome. Its very suitable for conferences and meetings but not if you're here to see the city as its a 25 minute drive out of town.

Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast. It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

European five-star hotels all exude an old-money style, with a long history and exquisite murals and sculptures. The service is OK, but the outdoor swimming pool is not open in winter, and the indoor swimming pool is charged separately, which is not cost-effective.

The service and food are good. We availed of their airport transfer to the hotel, then private transport to Roma Termini after check out. Communication was easy via email as they were responsive. Hotel is quite far from the city center, but it can easily be solved by taxi or Uber.

Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.

We just stayed for a night before our cruise and the Aleph hotel is simply gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, and spa. The room was also very clean and spacious. Overall, I was satisfied.

Stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the rooms and great service. I was upgraded to a larger room, not sure why but did not complain. The roof top pool was very nice but it is pretty small so not too many areas to layout. The staff at the spa (Christina) were awesome! Got a massage 4 straight days and used the sauna and pool. The hotel is in a great location. Although it's located in a small alley, it's well served by buses and not far from the subway. Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain are both within walking distance, and the Pantheon is a 20-minute walk. I could return to the hotel safely until around 10 PM.
