Relaxing weekend in November with still pleasant weather. Breakfast and SPA were to our liking, as well as the cleanliness and services offered by the structure. The fact that it is seafront is a great advantage!

Water in the room is paid, shops in Sabaudia) Beach towels are given out 👌 The rooms are cleaned well and daily. The hair dryer is terrible (take your own), soap / shampoo is available

The sea is wonderful, convenient entrance for children. Next year I will go to the neighboring hotel le dune. The last time I was there was in 2019, very respectable)

The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services

But in the details: cabinets, frames, furniture on the balcony - sad. The location is VIP, but the content is disappointing. Such responsive guys work at the reception, but they also do not look respectable (uniform)

The contingent is very sincere: children and their elderly parents, children of children))) Nice, like a family. The breakfast is monotonous (I stayed for 4 days)

We loved this hotel. Very clean and modern only stayed for the day before our flight. Shortish walk to beach and restaurants. Close to little supermarket. Great to relax

One of the receptionist we saw frequently was English speaking which is always nice. €20 Taxi ride from the airport and about 15 minute walk from the beach. The property is great, especially for the price

We had a great experience here. We booked a last minute room and due to a late flight into Rome, we had to check in at 2am. A staff member was at the desk at that time to greet us and check us in

Just FYI we found it very expensive to taxi to here from the airport considering how close it is

Beautiful gardens with outdoor pool. Short walk to Serapo beach. Breakfast included with your stay. Delicious dinner with indoor or outdoor seating. Air conditioned rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is five stars, with their own private beach, plus an outdoor heated pool with various massage jets...and a private parking included. The rooms are fairly Spartan .and typical of an Italian three stars hotel.

Beautiful location, very short walk to the beach. Our basic room was fine, but no fridge, no safe. Wifi available only in the reception. The outdoor swimming pool is very small and in the shade

Request for rooms facing the beach, higher floor if possible. Excellent view of ocean and beach. It has its own section of the beach. Convenient for beach goers.

I have been staying in this hotel for last five years every summer for two weeks. Staff is as nice as a propper family member. Food is always fresh and high standerd quality. Rooms are very clean and airy

Some here and there uogradation needs to be done but they are doing that

The hotel runs a quick shuttle service between the hotel and the beach club so there’s no need to use your car while you’re here. Our hotel room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious

The front desk, the hotel restaurant staff, and the beach club staff were all extremely attentive and gracious to ensure our stay was enjoyable

Gaeta is a great little city by the sea and Mirasole hotel is the best place to stay when visiting. It is 1 minute from the beach and 5 minutes from old town and 5 minutes from city centre in the opposite direction

The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants

They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome

The staff was amazing! Very helpful, polite and gracious. Answered every question I had. A very walkable area whether you wanted to see the Medieval part of the city, need a the ATM machine or a place to eat

AC is not working or not working properly the next day. The bathroom is badly designed. Water splashed out of the tub /glass frame. There is not much room to sit on the toilet

They were able to accommodate 5 people in one room. There are 2 rooms inside a room. However, there's a dedicated channel for tennis. Good view as we were right across the beach/marina

The location is on the beach and was a great feeling coming down for breakfast and seeing the beautiful sunrise with the mountains. My daughter and her friend came a week after and loved the property

The only negative for them was getting to the center of town. I would highly recommend this location as it is central to everything. One hour train ride to Rome and other locations

Ideally placed by the seafront and the railway station where the cruise ship shuttle departs every 30 minutes for just 6 euros per person. A very good buffet breakfast is offered which was very enjoyable

The hotel can arrange transport to the cruise terminal directly to your cruise ship so you don't have to use a shuttle bus at the terminal - 15 Euros each. they will store your luggage for you

This is a tourist hotel and there are a lot of people staying here that go on the cruises out of the port. They don't appear to be any large change hotels in Civitavecchia

The room facilities are clean, well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear from use. The reception and breakfast room are in a pleasant environment. Everything is beautifully decorated for the Advent season.

We stayed here our first night in italy since we landed late and didnt want to hit rome. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The shuttle was easy and the room was perfect with a grear view of the ocean

Hidden Gem Positioned one row of houses behind the beach, the beach is only a 2 min walk away. Has a spectacular pool approx. It's an older building, which can be seen externally; internally, it has clean classical decor

Short walk down a track to the beach. Can walk to the seafront in Terracine in about 10 - 15 mins. Food good in hotel and breakfast is continental style

Everything is excellent in this hotel. Especially the view on Tyrrhenian sea through green crowns of piny and equidistant to Rome and Napoli. All flaws could be forgiven.

It is a pity that on the very edge of the city of Terracina. Well, the beach is not very nice go - uakoz some back roads. And so ' the hotel is okay - only the dinner menu is not as varied - pasta, pasta, pasta...

When I had originally read the reviews for this hotel I was nervous that I had chosen badly but, to my very pleasant surprise, this hotel is a hidden gem! It’s incredibly located, right on the beach where you experience a beautiful sunset every night

I often stay in the same apartment as last year in Nettuno, where I had to cook my own meals, and the sea was about a 12-minute walk away, but a steep climb on the way back. Here you just have to cross the street

There's a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping in Terracina, we were never bored. The rooms are clean and the pool is beautiful. We stayed there in the middle of June and the pool wasn't crowded at all

It's a short walk to all the beach clubs, and the town of Terracina is a short drive or Uber ride away. The beach club nearby will give you a spot for 15 euro if you're staying at the hotel

The Hotel is located right at the beach road. The room (single bed) is clean and the matress well to sleep on. The bathroom is small and the shower does not even have a soap holder

The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel

The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia

I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name

So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon

It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism

A fantastic cool place , built like a resort with several different buildings. Location oversees the beach and you can choose beach chairs or pool chairs. I assume that this used to be a very luxurious place

If you're looking for a lot to do- I'd probably recommend staying somewhere closer to the city center but if you want a peaceful stay with a beautiful ocean view I'd highly recommend it! The staff was so nice and were so helpful

The hotel is located 10 km from Fiumiccino airport, if you have a long layover it is very convenient, relatively inexpensive, near the sea. Delicious breakfast overlooking the sea. You can stroll along the embankment

The hotel has a sand beach, presumably of artificial creation by Getty, an indoor swimming pool, a terraced restaurant and large garden on the sea. Rooms are huge and furnished in a palatial style

There are so many great spots to sit and perch around the property, I didn't find us in our room all that much. Great sunning terrace overlooking the sea adjacent to the indoor pool

On the sea in an unusual touristic location, this hotel is worth visiting for its building and history Build 500 years ago as a guest house for the neighboring Orsini build castle, the huge palazzo served its purpose until a fire in the XX CENTURY

We only booked a beach day and had lunch at the restaurant. The food was actually so good. The private beach was a big plus. Everything nearby is so crowded. Water is included which I love
