Staying at Hotel Tiber was a genuinely great experience. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the sea and still well connected to Rome and the airport
It’s the kind of hotel where you feel relaxed the moment you check in. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, views, and a truly Italian experience
The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well laid out, which is not always easy to find in Rome. Everything felt authentic and Italian, not overly polished or touristy, but warm, welcoming, and real
We loved this hotel! The airport shuttle was easy and extremely punctual. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the view (and the service) at the rooftop bar
The views are amazing, particularly from the upper floors and rooftop, and they really add something special to the stay
I booked this hotel to due to its proximity to the airport, but we really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in too. We stayed in 4 different lodgings during our time in Italy and this one was our favorite

The hotel was great! Hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating! It was right in front of the beach and a few steps from a marina where there are several shops and restaurants! It’s quite near to the Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) Airport
The hotel is located 10 km from Fiumiccino airport, if you have a long layover it is very convenient, relatively inexpensive, near the sea. Delicious breakfast overlooking the sea. You can stroll along the embankment
There's plenty of room for strolls, and the sea is practically on your doorstep
I'm glad I didn't get a beach view, the music at the beach across the street was quite loud late, but didn't keep me up. Front desk was pleasant and competent
The room was clean and the furniture was decent. But keep in mind that there are houses next to the hotel, practically balcony to balcony. Locals look in on you, and you look at them
The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me print out a plane ticket and called a transfer. The room is clean, warm, quiet

Here is a suggestion for a good hotel near the sea, ideal for families, with a shallow pool for children:
“I recommend a good hotel near the sea, suitable for families, with a shallow pool for kids.”
Staff very welcoming and friendly, could do with a small renovation even if just improving the bathrooms and clean the pool, we didn’t use the pool as not clean.
The hotel is very well located with walking distance to the beach and around 40 minutes to the Italian airport. There is no parking inside but there is parking in the street and around a park near by
Breakfast had non-gluten options, but eggs should be warm not cold. The sea view is a bit misleading because it’s obstructed by another building right in front of the hotel
We basically the hotel is clean and well guarded, but my sad experience was when there was no bin bucket in my room and i went to the management and informed them and they promised me that the following day it will be sorted, but this never happened till i left
Too many stairs, & no access to elevator after 8pm, towel service not satisfactory & one room smelt overwhelming with cigarette smoke. Don't recommend. Charged extra for room than quoted online as 2 person rooms.

Ideally placed by the seafront and the railway station where the cruise ship shuttle departs every 30 minutes for just 6 euros per person. A very good buffet breakfast is offered which was very enjoyable
The location is convenient and you can see the sea in front. Although the hotel is old, it can be seen that it has been renovated. The room is clean and comfortable
The room was spotless and everything ran smoothly, the staff were genuinely friendly, and the restaurant served up some tasty dishes—plus we had a gorgeous sea view that made the stay feel like a mini‑vacation
Even they did not have a storge room for our temporary luggage storage, they let us put them in the restaurant (which was closed after breakfast time) which was really helpful
I stayed there for 1 night before getting on our cruise. The room was nice and clean, and the front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful
We stayed here for one night before leaving on a cruise. Most impressed with the reception team who were very helpful indeed
Bathrooms were renovated recently but rooms have older furniture. But everything else was great
Staff and room were great. The one downside was that the restaurant wasn't open. It's a great restaurant and we were looking forward to eating there again.
We arrived back at check in and found our bags had been taken up to our room (220) which had a fantastic view of the water from our window. We were told breakfast was included in our lodging and the hours of operation
My wife and I arrived in Civitavecchia two days prior to our cruise departure. We had heard great reviews about the Hotel San Giorgio from other cruisers
I did my research and could find no reason that I should pass up this opportunity to experience the property for ourselves
We were met at the airport by a professional driver who handled our luggage and dropped us at the hotel, even unloading our bags for us. Our arrival was early, and we set out to discover this new city

This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel! During my Spring Festival trip and business trip to Rome, I stayed in Ostia because it's close to both the airport and Rome, and it's right by the sea, perfect for a relaxing beach holiday
The room facing the sea offered a panoramic ocean view right from the moment I woke up, and the beach was just a few minutes' walk away – it was breathtaking
The room facilities are clean, well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear from use. The reception and breakfast room are in a pleasant environment. Everything is beautifully decorated for the Advent season.
The lobby, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, has comfortable tables and chairs. As a workaholic, I could comfortably work on my laptop while enjoying the distant sea view
The blue tones perfectly complement the seaside resort atmosphere, yet even a single shade of blue is layered, preventing the visuals from feeling heavy
I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was. Apparently, the hotel owner used to run a high-end restaurant, and the manager has an art background. Every detail of the hotel's design is meticulously crafted

We loved this hotel. Very clean and modern only stayed for the day before our flight. Shortish walk to beach and restaurants. Close to little supermarket. Great to relax
One of the receptionist we saw frequently was English speaking which is always nice. €20 Taxi ride from the airport and about 15 minute walk from the beach. The property is great, especially for the price
We had a great experience here. We booked a last minute room and due to a late flight into Rome, we had to check in at 2am. A staff member was at the desk at that time to greet us and check us in
Just FYI we found it very expensive to taxi to here from the airport considering how close it is
The hotel is very convenient for travelers with early flights, thanks to its strategic location near the terminal
I stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport Hotel for one night on August 11, and overall, it was a pleasant experience

Relaxing weekend in November with still pleasant weather. Breakfast and SPA were to our liking, as well as the cleanliness and services offered by the structure. The fact that it is seafront is a great advantage!
Water in the room is paid, shops in Sabaudia) Beach towels are given out 👌 The rooms are cleaned well and daily. The hair dryer is terrible (take your own), soap / shampoo is available
The sea is wonderful, convenient entrance for children. Next year I will go to the neighboring hotel le dune. The last time I was there was in 2019, very respectable)
The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services
But in the details: cabinets, frames, furniture on the balcony - sad. The location is VIP, but the content is disappointing. Such responsive guys work at the reception, but they also do not look respectable (uniform)
The contingent is very sincere: children and their elderly parents, children of children))) Nice, like a family. The breakfast is monotonous (I stayed for 4 days)
I recommend this place with all my heart, it was my business trip, thanks to the owners I felt like at home, delicious breakfasts, smiling owners l who are happy with your stay, my room was very clean, fully equipped, you have to come and see for yourself, I recommend it!!

Beautiful family run inn full of charm. Hosts were very accommodating of our needs and helped us find our way around Fiumicino. It's a lovely town, and relaxing at the beach is great way to reset before returning home.
Lovely bed and breakfast just 10 minutes from the airport, with incredibly nice owners.
The room was very nice and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was amazing!
We'll definitely stay here again!
Good clean bathroom with shampoo and soap samples. Bed was comfy with TV in room. Shuttle service to airport for a fee. This inn is in a great location if you need to get to the airport quickly
Perfect Inn, meticulous and spacious room, and absolutely fabulously gracious, thoughtful, kind hosts. This little gem may have been one of our favorite experiences of our trip to Italy
The Seaside Yacht Resort Hotel is only 20 minutes' drive from the airport. The rooms are comfortable. If you have time, you can watch the sea at the yacht pier.
* Suite has big column/pillar in the middle of the room blocking view on TV
* Not enough space/shelf in bathroom to place toiletries
* Swimming pool light changing color at night: tacky
* Depressing/sad neighborhood
* We saw a couple spiders in the room
* Wobbly nightstands
Location near to airport. Only 15 mind drive
Nice resort type room. Big n with balcony. Facing pool n msrina.
Staff was super friendly and efficient!!! Their communication skills were fantastic! Sauna at their spa is perfect for a heavily traveler like me. Will be back for sure!
Beautiful upscale property, staff accommodating and friendly. we received a welcome drink with crackers. Breakfast buffet was high quality, with a variety of delicious food and coffee style of your choice
The staff was extremely helpful, the on-site amenities were fantastic, and the grounds are immaculate! I will be staying here any time I need to lay over near Fiumicino - wonderful experience!

Beautiful gardens with outdoor pool. Short walk to Serapo beach. Breakfast included with your stay. Delicious dinner with indoor or outdoor seating. Air conditioned rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very clean, quiet, and views from the beach hands down one of the best beaches.
The location is five stars, with their own private beach, plus an outdoor heated pool with various massage jets...and a private parking included. The rooms are fairly Spartan .and typical of an Italian three stars hotel.
Beautiful location, very short walk to the beach. Our basic room was fine, but no fridge, no safe. Wifi available only in the reception. The outdoor swimming pool is very small and in the shade
It was very good experience. Clean, simple and nice hotel. Parking and hotel beach access are payable.
But there is a public beach in two minutes walk.
The location is excellent, beautiful beach. Breakfast was good.
Nice staff!
The room is clean, receptionists are friendly. The hotel has good location very close to both train station and bus stops. For people go to cruise port is an ideal choice!
The check in was smooth and Johnny was very nice. Seemed busy and understaffed but was efficient in what he was doing. The inside of the hotel is nice and clean
Large room with large terrace/balcony. Close to restaurants, city, port and tourist attractions. Meet our needs for one night before cruise.
Good view from our window, good location to cruise and near train station.staff is friendly, give us early check in.
The signage was the best of the hotels in the area but quoted dated and showed its age
Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but they made me wait in the lobby until 4:30 PM. The staff was extremely rude. However, the hotel itself was in a good location and had good facilities.
Amazing and helpful staff, good breakfast and beautiful beach. Family of 4 with 2 grown teenagers so the roll out bed was a little small, but comfortable and
Great location just right in front of the beach. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and overall welcoming. Breakfast was included.
The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney)
There was a good pizza place across street for lunch. The property is getting tired and ac didn’t work that good. Main concern was other guest we met on the beach said the maid stole money that was left out
The beach views were amazing. A contrast in price for rooms on the top floor and lower floor with rooms on top floor being below average (terrible bathroom/no air flow) than those on lower level.
I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!)
Although a bit removed from the tourist area, it is a diamond in the rough. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is not the most modern, but it has a charm and warmth not found on the shore area
Johnny seems to work 24/7 on the desk, as a warm greeter and knowledgeable concierge. The licensed shuttle to the port was comfortable and half the price of the other hotels
Very nice hotel. Stayed before a cruise. The owner was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious for Europe.
Hotel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a large room with a kitchenette and washer. While the rooms are older the hotel is clean and well kept.
The room was very spacious and even had a cooking unit and a washer/dryer for transit persons to be able to wash if they needed to. The restaurant that they transport you to was not good. Find your own if you are hungry
The room good but my problem was with the shuttle service that I paid to get me to the cruise ship port. Upon arriving I told the clerk I am on the celebrity ascent ship and will need to leave at 10 30 am next day

Great stop on night before cruise departure. Easy taxi ride to Port. Tough to beat the views from our room, request one overlooking the sea. Restaurants north of Villa delle Palma provided plenty of dining options.
We had no balcony, but the view of the sea from the window was beautiful! The restaurant was excellent and relaxing with a stunning view. The staff spoke English very well and everyone was nice
We had amazing stay. Definitely will be going back. The rooms were amazing with a balcony looking over the sea.
It could have been because we visited during the off season. But we highly recommend the hotel
We stayed in early October and will return for the season as many stores were closed
The room had a spectacular view of the sea and was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious
Overall good stay, small room but comfortable. Very close walk to beach and restaurants. Staff at checkin and breakfast very nice. Airport shuttle is handy for a small fee
The location is ideal, offering close proximity to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants. It's also very convenient for travel, with a nearby bus stop and an airport shuttle service provided by the hotel
My room was very clean with a effective AC which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which, combined with the comfortable room, allowed for a great night's sleep
The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One of the best perks is the beach—just 100 meters away! Ideal for a quick escape to the sea
Room was as expected, location was great for easy travel to FCO the next morning. Staff that checked us in (Mossimo?) was wonderful. Great stay in a basic hotel with everything we needed.
We needed a hotel last minute to wait out a long layover. This hotel is a short drive from the airport so it is a good location if you’re coming from there. Reception was very nice too
The property is a old building rooms were clean The location of the hotel is second to none virtually on the beach and the center with bars and restaurants couple of minutes walk
Found a butt print on the mirror, a hair in the bed and a bug (not bed bug) in the sheet. The sheets looked clean and we checked thoroughly for bed bugs but it really wasn't that bad. It was the nicest one on the beach
Had a private beach and some better room options we should have chosen for the beautiful view. Restaurant staff was very kind
If you want to be immersed in Italy instead of being surrounded by tourists in Rome. It is perfectly placed to utilise the trains and enjoy all he hot tourist areas, while still enjoying Italy at it's core.
Nice hotel with history behind it. Convenient location between Rome and Civitavecchia cruise ship port for cruisers wanting to spend couple days in Rome before trip
I have visited for a photography event. Great staff helpful and friendly ❤ food is ok. Fast service and clean
The location is on the beach and was a great feeling coming down for breakfast and seeing the beautiful sunrise with the mountains. My daughter and her friend came a week after and loved the property
It was an amazing stay. We had half board it was well worth it. Excellent food at restaurant.
Breakfast could have more selection but what they provided was good. I would highly recommend for families.
The breakfast had a great selection and the food on the property was great. My daughter and her friend came a week later and the only negative that they had was the distance to the town center
The only negative for them was getting to the center of town. I would highly recommend this location as it is central to everything. One hour train ride to Rome and other locations
We stayed here last year August 20- Sept10 and it was amazing. The staff from the front desk, cleaning and service were great and always available
We stayed at this hotel last year Aug. 20 to Sept 10 and absolutely loved it. Yes the rooms in the Hotel are little small but clean
Staff excellent, the self-catering apartment should hacr a sofa and gym very poor. Pool area good
It listed a gym, there is no gym, listed a pool , it did have one with no water in it, second pool was roped off with green water and cats using its a a drinking fountain, location is kind of far from the train station and very far from the port, room was clean, only half a shower door, they did have toilet paper, coffee was good , complemetary breakfast was so so
Very good view of the sea. Lots of water sports facilities. Internet and service may be improved .
The swimming pool needed service. The hotel is a old style hotel but very well taken care
The staff was super supportive of a crisis situation fir us. Masde things easy. The room itself was large and spotless if not exactly the most modern or luxurious. Great value for the money
They very kindly prepared a room and made an exception for me to stay in the same room until the other day, even offering a discount. The hotel is amazing itself, but the people who work there are even better
We only stayed there for 1 night. The place is very clean, the staff is so helpful and friendly and very professional.
The Hotel is only 15 min by Taxi away from Airport Fiumicino.
Thank you Academy Hotel
It’s a beautiful hotel located just 10 minutes away from the Fiumicino AirPort in Rome. We had a very comfortable stay, it’s very clean and the breakfast was great
And, speaking of settling, our room was perfect!! Clean, new and very current, comfortable and inviting. We didn't try their restaurant, but everthing they supplied us with was top notch
It would be great if my suggestions are taken into consideration, especially adding eggs to the breakfast menu and providing bathroom slippers in the hotel rooms
Sarebbe molto apprezzato se i miei suggerimenti venissero presi in considerazione, in particolare l’aggiunta delle uova alla colazione e la disponibilità di pantofole da bagno nelle camere dell’hotel
