It's quiet here, but the quality of the Waldorf Astoria is not up to par. The parking fee is 45 yuan a day, which is incredible on the hill of Rome. The facilities are relatively old and really not worth the price.

The service is perfect while the location is a little far from the city center

The suite is large and has a simple kitchen with a microwave and tableware, suitable for families. The hotel provides free buses to and from the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The pick-up and drop-off points are close to the Mouth of Truth, which is convenient for guests. Great!

The service and attitude are quite poor. In addition, the hotel was booked two months ago, and the price should have been favorable. As a result, I found that the price dropped by 600 yuan on the day of check-in. I will not stay here again!

The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.

Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. The location is quite good, within walking distance of the old town, but not as congested or noisy. It's not in a restricted traffic area, so taxis are readily available, and most attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are not small compared to other Italian hotels, and the facilities are relatively new. The restaurant has a great view. The hotel's welcoming cat, Sophie, is very attentive...

Great visit! Room could use a few repairs. But it was comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast in the roof top restaurant was good with great choices. Drinks were on the expensive side. Doormen were very helpful, as were the reception with directions. 5-10 min walk to spanish steps and trevi fountain. Great view from our room.
