Hotel «Columbus sul Lago»

The hotel hasn't met my expectation.
The location is great, it is very near to the lake.
The structure is wonderful, clean and well decorated, the room and the bathroom are spacious.
My complains are for the managment that seems not be so professional, maybe because it look like a family business and to save a little money they do not care the"small" but important details. the details that make the difference between a good hotel and a excellent hotel.

Entering into the room the refrigerator was unplugged and empty, I was not able to store the baby food that I need to waste.
No complementary bottle of water was offered.
Normally I found complementary water (sometimes welcome drink), even in the 3 stars hotels and even if it is not summer.
The TV was not set (even for the free chanel), I asked to the reception to check and they told me to watch the channel HD channel from the 501 ahed. Only Rai 1 and Rai 2 was available and I was not able to entertainn my baby with some cartoon channel. From a 4 stars hotel I was expecting at least the free channel.
No temporary parking in front the hotel is available and the hotel parking lot is 50 meter far and you need to carry the luggage by yourself.
The wifi signal was poor and not always available.
They switch off the air conditioning sistem at 7 o'clock in the morning so that we woke up in the hot and we had to sweat a lot packing our staff before the check-out.
It was not a good idea to open the window to get some fresh air because in a short time we found the room full of flies and mosquitoes. There is no network on the window.
The bathroom is quite big but the shower cabin too small.
They do not accept all the most common credit cards.
I would not recommend this hotel.
