Room in the basement window at the level of the road, the thud of the air-con, cold breakfast brought the day before, increasing vacuum,rusk soft vacuum, soluble coffee, no milk and no chocolate for the children, no butter , only jam, clean room and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, for a good walker sites are accessible on foot.

Very small low priced location great. Minutes walking to the Vatican. No hot breakfast. Boxed cereal, boxed milk no coffee, no cream, two towels per person must last three days. Miniature refrigerator didn't work. Tiny tiny LCD tv on wall with a remote. Up 18 steps then down 22. No lift. No assistance. Wi-Fi never worked. It's there but just doesn't work. Quiet. Very close to a mini Mart with fresh food and two doors down excellent coffee. Excellent location to Vatican with super minimal room's. I'd not go back.

I can not review based on a visit, as I have not been here. However, I reserved a room here for two nights next year (I booked over a year in advance). I paid a night in advance via PayPal per the owners instructions. After doing so, I found out the rooms are in the basement with many stairs to climb. For me not an issue, but for my handicapped mother it is. I immediately explained this to the owner (same day I paid). He said no problem he would issue me a refund. I have yet to see a refund and it is now 2 weeks later, Additionally, he is not responding to any emails either. Very shady businessman. I wouldn't take the chance of using him if I were you.

I thought I was going to die. Wi-Fi never worked. I put my trusty T-Mobile cell phone against the window in our room and we accessed the internet using my hotspot. Worked perfectly. They're Wi-Fi is there but just doesn't work. Quiet. Very close to a mini Mart with fresh food and two doors down excellent coffee. First time in Europe when you ask for coffee ask them to only put in half the coffee in the milk. They'll think.you are a weak American but I was afraid of damaging my kidneys. Once I figured this out I actually liked the coffee. Excellent location to Vatican with super minimal room's. I'd not go back.
