Rome, Via Antonio Baiamonti, 2, Della Vittoria (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
My husband, son, and I stayed here for five nights. They arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was very helpful. Upon arrival we met with Paolo. He was very helpful and friendly. He showed us around and let us know what areas we could use and what would be provided for us. He also showed us on a map, all the important things in Rome and how to get there. He provided us his phone number...
Very clean and bright room. Italian breakfast with croissant, white break, milk, juice and coffe. In the building is lift. Is CO. Private bathroom. We recomended that place. One minus, very hard pillows
Nice place to stay, quiet and safe location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the subway. The staff were very helpful in addressing guests' needs. The interior is a bit plain; I would recommend hanging a couple of pictures to enhance the ambiance.
Good location. 5 minutes walk from Metro. You will get your own room with bathroom and share kitchen with two other rooms. You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator with drinks and in a pantry with packaged breakfast. Good room for the money. Con.: bed sheets and wall color outdated, Sparkling vine wasn't provided as it said in our room details.
We had a great stay here. Staff are very helpful, giving us recommendations, and the room was really nice.
Good location close the Vatican. The room was very clean. There were just two points. The shower was not working convenient as the water gets cold after 2 minutes uninterruptly. The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Overall we had a good stay.

room was much smaller than expected, felt like a 10-15m2 room than the 18m2 advertised, difficult to open 2 big luggage. service staff was very friendly and helpful. 5min walking distance to termini, just a straight road down. there is no AC during the winter, have to ventilate by opening windows which causes cigarette smoke to enter the room
The room was very small and you had to carry your suitcase up 10 steps to get into the hotel. The bathtub was unsafe and you could easily fall. The breakfast was average.
This hotel is not recommended for Chinese people. There are a lot of thieves in the area. We were traveling by car and parked our car at the hotel entrance early that morning. We had just unloaded our luggage and gone to our room and tidied a bit. About 10 minutes later, when we came downstairs, our car had been vandalized. A neighbor saw us and warned us about the thieves in the area and suggested...
Excellent location, clean room! Exquisite design
Very good and well placed hotel. Super helpful staff.
Small hotel, tiny room. The pluses were a private terrace in the room (5th floor). Comfortable mattress. Safe, kettle with tea and coffee bags. Jacuzzi on the roof (you need to book in advance) they give you an hour for your company, without other visitors. On the first floor there is a sauna and a gym. We took it with breakfast - good quality, a little lacking in variety - there are tables on the...

Staff was absolutely amazing! They were all so accomodating even though they didn’t have to be. If I’m ever back in Rome, I will for sure stay here again.

One of the best facilities in Rome for business or leisure - Very well located and equipped. Most important feature - the staff support and commitment Thank you for making my stay memorable (even though it was a business-related visit)
The location is excellent, the hotel receptionists are very welcoming, and the breakfast is also good.
The staff is stellar! The receptionists & concierges were friendly & informative, as in the rooftop restaurant. All were kind, helping with my walker on the few front steps (this is an accessible property, with a wheelchair side entrance & some handicap-equipped rooms. We were very happy with our room and found it to be very neat and extremely clean. The hotel is well situated and close to restaurants and public transport. Very well located next to the Trastevere train station (30min from Fiumicino airport). Tram and buses to Piazza Venezia, the Vatican and other areas in the city center. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and correct. The staff is very kind and helpful.
I stayed here because of my course with EF and must say its definitely the place I’d recommend to my friends (and also would stay again). Perfect location, with the tram across the street, nice rooms, everything so clean, and a super nice staff! Shoutout to Giuseppe and Lorenzo, that helped me a lot - and also to the gentleman that stays at night (really nice and kind guy)! 10/10
Thank you B&B Hotels for our wonderful and very comfortable stay at your Trastevere, Rome hotel very recently. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October, 2025. It's a nicely located boutique hotel. Room was good-sized (for Rome) and rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Bed and A/C were good. We'd stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Condotti! Even though there were a few minor issues, everything was handled quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Elisa – she was amazing: friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you for the great service and warm hospitality! We’d be happy to come back.

Really nice hotel for a visit to Rome! Since the metro station is directly in front of the hotel, you’ll be at coloseo within 15 minutes. The hotel was clean, people were nice, breakfast was good (check second room also!) If you arrive by car you can find a secure one on parkopedia.
While the location for the hotel is quite a bit far away from the centre, it is right in front of the Metro station is makes it quite convenient for travel. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby and a huge shopping mall called Panorama next door. The rooms were very well kept and use a code to get in and out of the building over cards or keys. We had a good stay at the hotel. It is ok for the price, it has a good connection with the city center, we liked the neighborhood it was in. The place is clean and easy to find. Facilities are all available in the lobby. Only wished that there was a water kettle in the room. Overall its a good place to stay for a short trip.
The hotel was close to the station and very clean. There are no slippers provided, so I'd recommend bringing your own. We had no trouble finding food, as there's a supermarket and a bar nearby.
We had an excellent stay at B&B Roma Tuscolana. We arrived way before check-in and Margherita cheerfully went out of her way to store our bags AND connect with housekeeping to get us the first available room. A beautiful property in a great location in the heart of Rome! The hotel sits in a quiet piazza with 3 great restaurants right across the street. About 200 feet around the corner is the Campo de' Fiori with more restaurants and a market. Walkable distance to multiple Rome landmarks. Rooms are cozy, a bit small, but comfortable.
Grear location, helpful staff and good service. We enjoyed our stay, and many attractions/places are walking distance if you are up for walking 15 to 30 mins.
Perfect hotel, excellent staff, terrific rooms, excellent location. The staff was very personable and professional. Ready to do anything necessary to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. If you’re going to Rome and want to be in the middle of everything this is the place for you.

AMAZING location. Could not get better. The hotel itself 3 stars at most. Very small room, definitely needs an upgrade. You will not be disappointed on location.
A good hotel in the center of Rome – rooms, linens, cleanliness, a convenient minibar (everything for 2 euros), friendly staff, good breakfasts, a very cool terrace, and reasonable bar prices. Cons: the super location, 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain, attracts crowds nearby, making it difficult to get there with suitcases on weekends, and the evening street noise.

The room was dirty in the corners and the bathroom ceiling was moldy.
The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfasts were fully stocked daily with plenty of options. We were in a great location right outside the vatican walls.
Unfortunately, this place is infested with bed bugs. We thought that the red spots on the skin were mosquitoe bites. Upon returning home, our son needed medical care for the bug bites. Otherwise, this place is centrally located near the Vatican City. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I hope they do something about the bed bugs.

Our stay at the Parlamento Boutique Hotel was delightful! Such a great location and easy to navigate to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon! The breakfast was a mini buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Highly recommend!
The hotel rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent, within walking distance of attractions such as Trevi Hot Springs and the Pantheon. This is an example of how a hotel should be. 1. Clean. 2. As a tourist you pay for what you actually need, not some luxurious and fancy stuff that you never use. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to ask them for tips. The attic rooms are cute but a normal double room feels more spacious.
