Very well located next to the Trastevere train station (30min from Fiumicino airport). Tram and buses to Piazza Venezia, the Vatican and other areas in the city center. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and correct. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Really nice hotel for a visit to Rome! Since the metro station is directly in front of the hotel, you’ll be at coloseo within 15 minutes. The hotel was clean, people were nice, breakfast was good (check second room also!) If you arrive by car you can find a secure one on parkopedia.

While the location for the hotel is quite a bit far away from the centre, it is right in front of the Metro station is makes it quite convenient for travel. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby and a huge shopping mall called Panorama next door. The rooms were very well kept and use a code to get in and out of the building over cards or keys. The front desk staff and breakfast restaurant staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn't great.

Everything was perfect, and you can even order whatever you want for breakfast for free! The fruit was especially delicious.

Unfortunately, this place is infested with bed bugs. We thought that the red spots on the skin were mosquitoe bites. Upon returning home, our son needed medical care for the bug bites. A very central place to stay in Rome. The area is safe and clean. The bus is near by. Our room had no garden or courtyard view but a view of the boundary wall. The room was on the ground floor without any provision to keep flies and mosquitoes away, so, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. A beautiful property in a great location in the heart of Rome! The hotel sits in a quiet piazza with 3 great restaurants right across the street. About 200 feet around the corner is the Campo de' Fiori with more restaurants and a market. Walkable distance to multiple Rome landmarks. Rooms are cozy, a bit small, but comfortable.

A small single room, but it had everything I needed. From the window, I could even see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica in the distance. The host was very enthusiastic and helpful.

This is not the place if you think you might need contact them for something. The wait time for them to respond was from 8 pm to one next day after my repeated calling from noon. Once answered they asked me to wait another two hours because the person who was supposed to man the office from 9-4 was on lunch break.

This guesthouse is impeccable. Although the single room is small, it meets all the safety and hygiene requirements most important for solo female travelers. The surrounding area is one of the safest in Rome; I could walk the streets alone at night without feeling scared. The elevator has a very medieval feel.

Very nice property. The area is very convenient to the Vatican and shopping. The only reservation I had was with the elevator-it’s rough having to climb 6 floors with suitcases when the elevator is stuck.

It was an excellent location for visiting the Vatican area of Rome. The only downside is you have to access the rooms via a very small elevator. If you bring large luggage it will be somewhat difficult to navigate easily. But the accommodations are excellent!!!!
