Rome, Via Assisi 51 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
We had a good stay at the hotel. It is ok for the price, it has a good connection with the city center, we liked the neighborhood it was in. The rooms are ok, nothing special, but honestly it didn't matter because we only needed a place to sleep and get a shower. The only thing we didn't like is the fact that housekeeping went into our room even though we put a 'do not disturb' sign. And they took...
The place is clean and easy to find. Facilities are all available in the lobby. Only wished that there was a water kettle in the room. Overall its a good place to stay for a short trip.
The hotel was close to the station and very clean. There are no slippers provided, so I'd recommend bringing your own. We had no trouble finding food, as there's a supermarket and a bar nearby.
We had an excellent stay at B&B Roma Tuscolana. We arrived way before check-in and Margherita cheerfully went out of her way to store our bags AND connect with housekeeping to get us the first available room. We rarely encounter such exceptional service. The room was nice, modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was way better than the majority in our experience. The fresh...
It’s a bit far from the city center, but Bus 85 can take you to the Colosseum or the Spanish Steps in about 45 minutes. If you don’t mind taking the bus, it’s actually a convenient option. On the plus side, traveling to and from Fiumicino Airport is easy — you can take the FL1 train, which is much cheaper than the Leonardo Express and doesn’t require any transfers.
We stayed for four days, and the...
We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was nice, but what really made it special was the amazing hospitality ،especially from Giovanni at the lobby. He was incredibly kind, always smiling, and spoke several languages, which made everyone in our group English ،Italian speakers feel so comfortable and welcome.
He truly made our experience memorable!
The parking was safe and convenient...

room was much smaller than expected, felt like a 10-15m2 room than the 18m2 advertised, difficult to open 2 big luggage. service staff was very friendly and helpful. 5min walking distance to termini, just a straight road down. there is no AC during the winter, have to ventilate by opening windows which causes cigarette smoke to enter the room
The room was very small and you had to carry your suitcase up 10 steps to get into the hotel. The bathtub was unsafe and you could easily fall. The breakfast was average.
This hotel is not recommended for Chinese people. There are a lot of thieves in the area. We were traveling by car and parked our car at the hotel entrance early that morning. We had just unloaded our luggage and gone to our room and tidied a bit. About 10 minutes later, when we came downstairs, our car had been vandalized. A neighbor saw us and warned us about the thieves in the area and suggested...
Excellent location, clean room! Exquisite design
Very good and well placed hotel. Super helpful staff.
Small hotel, tiny room. The pluses were a private terrace in the room (5th floor). Comfortable mattress. Safe, kettle with tea and coffee bags. Jacuzzi on the roof (you need to book in advance) they give you an hour for your company, without other visitors. On the first floor there is a sauna and a gym. We took it with breakfast - good quality, a little lacking in variety - there are tables on the...

Staff was absolutely amazing! They were all so accomodating even though they didn’t have to be. If I’m ever back in Rome, I will for sure stay here again.
Wonderful hotel in a historic area with highly attentive staff. Excellent roof top restaurant. Would definitely
Thank you we had a great stay at 47 Boutique Hotel. The front staff were friendly and helpful. We found the housekeeping staff also very fastidious…our your was also tidy when we returned from touring your beautiful eternal city. Thankful for helping us with calling taxis, and booking a tour bus, and giving us directions! Your morning breakfast was also lovely before we stepped out to explore….sustaining...
One of the best facilities in Rome for business or leisure - Very well located and equipped. Most important feature - the staff support and commitment
Thank you for making my stay memorable (even though it was a business-related visit)
The location is excellent, the hotel receptionists are very welcoming, and the breakfast is also good.
The staff is stellar! The receptionists & concierges were friendly & informative, as in the rooftop restaurant. All were kind, helping with my walker on the few front steps (this is an accessible property, with a wheelchair side entrance & some handicap-equipped rooms. The room had a view of antiquities across the street; neighborhood is peppered with ruins lit at night. Magical. Short walk across...

Rome, Viale di Trastevere 249/D (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very well located next to the Trastevere train station (30min from Fiumicino airport). Tram and buses to Piazza Venezia, the Vatican and other areas in the city center.
The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and correct. The staff is very kind and helpful.
I stayed here because of my course with EF and must say its definitely the place I’d recommend to my friends (and also would stay again). Perfect location, with the tram across the street, nice rooms, everything so clean, and a super nice staff! Shoutout to Giuseppe and Lorenzo, that helped me a lot - and also to the gentleman that stays at night (really nice and kind guy)! 10/10
Thank you B&B Hotels for our wonderful and very comfortable stay at your Trastevere, Rome hotel very recently. From the moment I booked I found communications clear and helpful and on arrival this was only further underlined by the super welcome we received from the reception team. As an infrequent overseas traveller it can be nerve racking arriving somewhere new but the relaxing atmosphere and clear...
Had a nice 5-night stay! Nothing fancy, but it’s affordable and conveniently located if you’re willing to walk or take public transit to get to the main sites. The beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Really appreciated that we were able to store our luggage before/after check out. Would be happy to stay again or at another B&B property for trips where I need a comfortable and safe place...
What a lovely hotel!!!
Staff absolutely brilliant all were very polite and helpful.

We stayed in a "Superior King Room - Piazza Di Spagna/Via del Babuino". The room was very spacious, the view on the piazza was incredible, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great experience that exceeded our expectations!
In October 2025, we stayed at Hotel Condotti Via Mario De' Fiori 37 for 7 days as part of our month long European vacation. The Hotel was situated in an ideal location near to shops, cafes, restaurants and the Spanish Steps. Furthermore, it was within a reasonable walking distance, or a short Uber/Taxi/Bus drive of all the main attractions of the Rome. The included breakfast at the nearby Unik Cafe...
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October, 2025. It's a nicely located boutique hotel. Room was good-sized (for Rome) and rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Bed and A/C were good. We'd stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Condotti! Even though there were a few minor issues, everything was handled quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Elisa – she was amazing: friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you for the great service and warm hospitality! We’d be happy to come back.
Location was excellent - easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and gelato and shopping. Our group of 5 had a comfortable, clean 3 bathroom apartment that was perfect for hanging out together. We arrived early in the morning and the staff was very accommodating, holding all our luggage until we could check in and then getting it to our 3rd floor apartment. The front desk staff and breakfast restaurant staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn't great.
Everything was perfect, and you can even order whatever you want for breakfast for free! The fruit was especially delicious.
Service was really good - the staff were helpful and gave lots of tips on where to explore and how to explore. Very comfortable stay with a nice room.
The hotel is ok but nothing special. Service good. Very friendly staff both reception and breakfast
Privacy from windows not good.
Very good experience, stuff are friendly, the breakfast is the best!
The room was lovely. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. The location was perfect. We are an older couple so we paid a small fee -€10 to take a taxi to the train station with our bags. Excellent location, very good service, and we were well taken care of at breakfast.
I did not know it had a balcony!! Never opened the window!
The room was nicely decorated but very small as well as the bathroom. It was smaller than my cabin in the cruise ship!!
The breakfast was OK and the members of the staff were fine, not friendly but not rude either. I enjoyed the area very much.
The bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting. Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is great.
Central location on a pedestrian street. Taxis were difficult to get, so I had to find a bus and risked missing my return train. Very small room. Breakfast was basic, with limited selection. The hotel could be rated a two-star.
Checking was not good. They didn't have our room ready I thought we weren't going to get a room at one point because they didn't have our reservation number that ******* is suppose to provide to the hotel. Not sure who's fault it really was waited over an hour and got the room. Staff was pleasant, rooms were tidy however I did find a hair on my bed sheet. The breakfast buffet is ok. Great location, amazing staff, especially chiara
AMAZING location. Could not get better. The hotel itself 3 stars at most. Very small room, definitely needs an upgrade. You will not be disappointed on location.
A good hotel in the center of Rome – rooms, linens, cleanliness, a convenient minibar (everything for 2 euros), friendly staff, good breakfasts, a very cool terrace, and reasonable bar prices. Cons: the super location, 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain, attracts crowds nearby, making it difficult to get there with suitcases on weekends, and the evening street noise.
Great hotel!! Great location and Great Staff!!
Perfect location. Small boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
We had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent in every aspect – both the reception and the breakfast staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Gianluigi, who made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, and the room was spacious and spotless. Highly recommended!

Nice and helpful staff. Room was bit small for 4 people but clean. Very close to shops and transport.
The room has good space and good sized needs. The bathroom design is modern but is not convenient. No place on the faucet to place shaving kit or toiletteries. Lighting is glaringly white.
This was an amazing place to stay during our time in Rome. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to many attractions, just five minutes from the Trevi Fountain, and surrounded by great local restaurants.

Great central location to many of the tourist sites. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed at The One Boutique Hotel for 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent!!! Our room was clean and spacious. However, it was right above the cafe bar, and we could hear music coming from the bar until it closed (midnight?) . Advice: bring earplugs next time or shop around for a better value for the price.
Hotel was amazing, very close to Trevi Fountain, easy access to most sites. Breakfast was included which was great. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were great, date of the art with tech, bed and pillow super comfy. Would stay here again.

The location is great, but the hot water is inconsistent; the water temperature can drop so low that it's impossible to shower.
Staff were very helpful. Property was clean and the bed was comfy. Would have been nice to have some water/milk in the room for tea/coffee. Area is convenient, 15/20 min walk from most attractions. Molino opposite was very good for breakfast/dinner.
Great property with the nicest staff!! The breakfast was delicious & the room was very spacious which can be rare for Italy. Elevators are really small & all the main attractions are at least a 15 minute walk but besides that everything was great.
Elevator is too small also the lobby not good for old people too much stairs
Staff was excellent. Offered excellent suggestions for dining, touring, etc. Rooftop breakfast was great.
Overall a great hotel. It’s a boutique hotel and as most hotels in Rome, they are smaller than typical U.S. hotels. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Very good small hotel close to the subway, convenient for travel. Good breakfast quality, but not many varieties.
Lovely neighbourhood, very quiet in the evening so you’ll have a sweet sleep. 3 mins walk from the metro and around 10 mins walk to Colosseo.
Basically it’s like a 3 star hotel but you get everything needed.
Sauna needs to pay extra. But, free happy hour daily on the roof

I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The room was dirty in the corners and the bathroom ceiling was moldy.
The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfasts were fully stocked daily with plenty of options. We were in a great location right outside the vatican walls.
Unfortunately, this place is infested with bed bugs. We thought that the red spots on the skin were mosquitoe bites. Upon returning home, our son needed medical care for the bug bites. Otherwise, this place is centrally located near the Vatican City. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I hope they do something about the bed bugs.
A very central place to stay in Rome. The area is safe and clean. The bus is near by. Our room had no garden or courtyard view but a view of the boundary wall. The room was on the ground floor without any provision to keep flies and mosquitoes away, so, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. We asked for gluten-free products for breakfast and we received them. The staff is very helpful.
The room was small but comfortable and perfectly adequate for two people. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the bus stop, making it easy to reach the center of Rome. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, which added to the overall experience. The bathroom was decent, though not spotless. From pre-checkin communications to getting us transportation to the airport, the entire staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They took care of every need. Morning breakfast was wonderful - they catered to my wife’s gluten-free needs!
Wonderful freindly staff, they even noticed my wifes birthday and gave her a cake. Great location near to many great restaurants and bars. Good AC in the room which was needed during our stay. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a newer hotel in Rome. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady was very thorough. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Rome. Also, the breakfast and service were great!

Very nice property. The area is very convenient to the Vatican and shopping. The only reservation I had was with the elevator-it’s rough having to climb 6 floors with suitcases when the elevator is stuck.
It was an excellent location for visiting the Vatican area of Rome.
The only downside is you have to access the rooms via a very small elevator. If you bring large luggage it will be somewhat difficult to navigate easily.
But the accommodations are excellent!!!!

Overall, a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the balcony, and the fact that there were different rooms/spaces. The only thing that would have made our stay better- more comfortable beds. The main bed was hard and very uncomfortable.
The location is perfect – a masterpiece of balance between centrality and calm. The service was excellent, and the receptionist was a truly wonderful woman. The room was fully furnished and beautifully decorated in elegant red tones. A charming and peaceful stay in Rome!
