Wonderful B&B, great location, and a very thoughtful and helpful host! Thank you so much and I really enjoyed my stay. Host was very helpful with local directions and advice. Quiet location, quiet building, I didn’t really hear any noises. Picturesque street very close to Colosseum (5 min walk, 10 min to metro), St Clemente Basilica (I recommend a visit), and restaurants around it. And just as pictured, modern & beautiful. Thanks!

Nice place in an amazing location. All of the sights in walking distance (45 mins to the Vatican and less than 5 to the Colosseum). The best thing for us was Danielle, the owner, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'll be back next time I'm in Rome if he has availability!

Simply Perfect! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, this is the place! It was literally 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum!

The owner, Daniele, is extremely nice and helpful. We had an issue with our shower, and he got it fixed quickly while we were out. We arrived after 7pm the first night and had to pay the late arrival fee, but he was very polite about it and happy to get us settled in once we got there. He also provides a key to the building, the apartment, and our specific room. Having direct access is great since we are out late most nights. The room is very small but very homey and clean with fresh towels and sheets. The room is air conditioned, but you obviously have to be smart with it. It's unwise to leave it running while out on the town, but it's a nice luxury when you get back from a long day of walking around Rome. It's only our second night of six in Rome, and we already know how to get to Miclad from the Colosseum. That's helpful in case we get turned around somewhere. We can use the Colosseum as a navigational landmark. If you know how to read a map or use Google maps, you'll have no trouble. I believe some reviewers have mentioned steep hills on the way to Miclad, but Rome is full of steep hills, so if you can't handle steep hills/stairs, perhaps Rome isn't the place for you. We like the challenge anyway, so no problems here. We are loving Rome and very glad we booked at Miclad.
