Great location close to the beach, it is a few kms from the Main Street but if you like walking it isn’t an issue. Breakfast included was also nice and includes a lot of options to choose from. Rooms were nice and tidy. Service at reception was exceptional, would definitely recommend 😊

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was perfect! Very clean rooms, the staff was always very kind, friendly and helpful! I booked this place (having already read great reviews), but a problem arose the day before, so my family and I couldn't go. Although this obviously caused them an inconvenience, they behaved very well and accommodated us. Very kind and friendly staff, you have the impression of a big family. Spacious room, quality restaurant and breakfast, equipped swimming pool - all very clean. The only flaw is that the wooden shutters don't close well and there is a lot of (negligible) light early in the morning.

Wonderful, well-kept garden, friendly and professional staff. The rooms are comfortable and have a patio with chairs and umbrella. Very clean and air conditioning turned on before we arrived. Very close to the sea with both free beach and lido, you can reach the center on foot without problems, for those who love walking. A great convenience is the internal parking.

The owners did everything they could that is reasonable with the pricing to accommodate and care for the guests. They offered snacks and appetizers in the evening and were very helpful. It's a small place, but they even have secure free parking so that was a plus.

Superclean and really helpful with all the questions we had. We felt very welcome and would definitely go back if we are in the area again.

For me, quality service price fits. Two balconies, a good sized bathtub, air conditioning, private parking, comfortable bed, linen change, two wardrobes available for your belongings. I have not been in contact with the staff I usually only met a gentleman in the morning and in the afternoon who took care of the fuoti plants and was always nice, polite and kind. I would go there again !!

Hidden Gem Positioned one row of houses behind the beach, the beach is only a 2 min walk away. Has a spectacular pool approx. 20m x 10m. and smaller children's pool. It's an older building, which can be seen externally; internally, it has clean classical decor.

Everything is excellent in this hotel. Especially the view on Tyrrhenian sea through green crowns of piny and equidistant to Rome and Napoli. All flaws could be forgiven.

Hotel is clean overall and personel was kind and helpful. Nevertheless Wi-Fi speed and connection is really bad, and there is only a thin curtain instead of glass in shower in bathroom. Outside pool area, and close to a major supermarket across a busy road ( be careful of traffic) if you need any supplies. Short walk down a track to the beach. Can walk to the seafront in Terracine in about 10 - 15 mins. Food good in hotel and breakfast is continental style.

I can only confirm the practicality of the place in terms of location, the quality of the stay in spacious and spotless rooms (which is never a given...) the 5-star beach service (you can choose between the sandy beach and the mixed rock platform in front of the hotel) and the large internal car park... the hotel is a bit vintage but...

I am now a regular customer of this structure, the location is its strong point, directly on the sea. I love the solarium terrace with the hydromassage tubs, when the sun goes down with its panorama it becomes one of the most exciting and impactful environments I have ever seen in a seaside hotel.
