After a week-long trip to different cities in Italy, we stayed at this hotel with our friends for a week. We don't know what the lunches and dinners are like, but we liked the breakfasts. The restaurant was anlmost empty in the morning, and there were no queues. The dishes and tables were clean. The rooms are spacious enough, and the beds are large. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the condition of rooms is good. The beach is very close, just a few minutes away. For an additional fee, you can rent umbrellas on the beach, but we didn't do that. The only thing we didn't like was that there were dogs howling loudly every night. If you have a sensitive sleep, you'll definitely hear it.

This is a really nice hotel. It's a short walk to all the beach clubs, and the town of Terracina is a short drive or Uber ride away. The beach club nearby will give you a spot for 15 euro if you're staying at the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping in Terracina, we were never bored.
The rooms are clean and the pool is beautiful. We stayed there in the middle of June and the pool wasn't crowded at all. The food at the restaurant is excellent, make sure you eat there at least once. The rooms are a little bit older and the tv's aren't very big, but we didn't spend much time in our room so it didn't matter too much.
I would definitely stay there again.

Completely unaware of how they get away with calling this hotel a 4 star upscale hotel. The decor and facilities may of been of a 4 star hotel 20 years ago but thats not the case anymore. The bathroom is dated and includes a tiny shower, a shower head full of limescale and hairs in the shower. The shelf that holds the toiletries in the shower isn't screwed on well and topples repeatedly. The room itself is again incredibly dated. The technology used (hairdryer, TV, key access system etc.) is decrepit. Our AC settings are decided by the hotel and when you request to change the settings, you're met with attitude by the reception staff. Instead of dealing with the attitude we tried using their spare blankets but we found used plasters on them and decided to go without. The beds are uncomfortable and so, coupled with the other problems, we struggled to sleep most nights. The balcony was a decent size but the drying rack continuously fell off the wall. The location is a small walk to the beach but the town centre is a good 40 minutes.
