We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a nearby wedding.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, they haven’t been refurbished in decades. There is a light from TV you can’t switch off when sleeping. Service quality is also very low for the price point, and we found it significantly overpriced for what is offered.

The staff, especially at the pool, was unprofessional and at times outright rude. In particular, Julia Rigoni behaved inappropriately, interrupting us while we were quietly resting by the pool without any valid reason.

We do not recommend this hotel and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and higher-quality stay.

Loved this hotel. Not a 5 star but clean and friendly staff..loved the beach The putting on a swim cap to go in pool..didn't like.. The front desk girls are amazing. No iron in rooms..they actually went out and bought one for me to use.. I'm so sorry ladies I lost the paper with all the names.. Sylvia Claudia? Valentina..everyone at the reception is fantastic..thank you will come again

We stayed here last year August 20- Sept10 and it was amazing. The staff from the front desk, cleaning and service were great and always available. The breakfast had a great selection and the food on the property was great. My daughter and her friend came a week later and the only negative that they had was the distance to the town center. Weather, Food, Sights and people all great and highly recommend to my family and friends. Planning to return next year.

Had quite good expectation. The outdoor area is fine but the pool was not clean. The beach is good. rooms are small and so is the bathroom. We could not open the bathroom door fully since it was moist on the bottom. The shower was very old and not very clean. The bed linen smelled strange. We were going to stay for two nights but left after one.

be aware as they put a lot of road blocks and charge for everything, even basic stuffs. You may need to bring your own towels if don't want to be charged. Like, in order to go to the swimming pool, they charge 3 euros per day for each towels and also requires to use head cover and allows to use from 9:30am to 7pm. You are not allowed to bring it to your unit as they charge per :day". Other hours the pool is closed, even though the sunset is almost 8:30pm and hot as hell (34°C). to use a simple beach chair, they charge 16 euros for 2 chairs and also put a timeframe from 9:30am to 7pm. Its all about riles and notices and enforcements, looks like you ara in an army barracks. Inside the elevator there is a signing requiring you to pay any outstand bills the day before by 10PM (not sure if they are afraid notreceiveing the payment??) The elevator is very small and the staff use for daily cleaning. good luck if you have to bring your luggage upstairs or downstairs as they hold BOTH elevators for their own use. I dont mind blowing one of two (one for customers and the other for staff when they need to move heavy equipment) but looks like the customer is not their priority. Everyone is a cash cow. Definitely not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel last year Aug. 20 to Sept 10 and absolutely loved it. Yes the rooms in the Hotel are little small but clean. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the cleaning and the service for breakfast, dinner or pizza. The location is on the beach and was a great feeling coming down for breakfast and seeing the beautiful sunrise with the mountains. My daughter and her friend came a week after and loved the property. The only negative for them was getting to the center of town. I would highly recommend this location as it is central to everything. One hour train ride to Rome and other locations. Planning to go back next year for all of August.

I booked a room in advance for 2 persons and paid 600+ Euro for 4 nights. I was planning to stay with a friend there and this was my only vacation. However, when I arrived they started pretending as if I booked the stay for 1 person… and required to pay 600 euro extra for 1 additional person in my double room! So that in general it would be 1200 Euro! However, when you check the prices via Booking you see that it is a fraud. I tried to argue and show my booking but administrator was really aggressive though. In other case I would definitely run away from this hotel, but to spend 30+ hours to get to Italy from Ukraine and face such challenges was not the best idea.

The rooms are really old. The only good thing about the room on 8 floor was the view - it is amazing! The hotel is expensive and the price is not fair. In addition, there are real problems with taxi in Terracina - so I would not recommend you to stay in this hotel - it was real stress for me and my friends. In addition, we also booked a few extra rooms. The money and your expectations of the service is nothing here. Moreover, they require 16 euros for the sun-bed even if you stay at the hotel!!! But then it turned out that it is only 8 euro per bed and they give 2 beds for 16. In this regard I have a question: if I would have stayed alone as they presented why had I needed 1 extra sun-bed?)) It seems to me that thee cheated on me. These days were really stressful and I felt like not being welcomed there. Definitely would not recommend this hotel for the people younger than 80.

It was an amazing stay. We had half board it was well worth it. Excellent food at restaurant.
Breakfast could have more selection but what they provided was good. I would highly recommend for families.
