Antico Casale Fabrizi in Velletri

The best in Velletri in my opinion - trust me, I tried a few in the area...
Very close to town, yet in the countryside this beautiful and cozy b&b is just perfect.
Welcoming, helpful and respectful owners, very clean, interior design to the dot, breakfast room in a lovely conservatory - with kettle! - bed extra clean and comfy.
Ample parking, swimming pool as big as needed for the guests Capacity.
Well done to the Fabrizi's!!!

I found this lovely B&B because my girlfriend and I went one weekend to Velletri for the grape festival on the first weekend of October.
The B&B is located just outside the town of Velletri (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot).
Given the isolated position, you are completely immersed in the countryside, with rows of grapes in sight. Peace and relaxation apart from a few dogs barking around.
The farmhouse has internal parking and a small swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
Spotlessly clean.
We have room nr 1 with a wrought iron four-poster bed. The toilet bowl is a little uncomfortable because it is stuck between the shower, the wall and the sink.
The breakfast is super!
The value for money is excellent.
We will return for an escape of peace and relaxation from the capital.

I found myself in the area again and after experiencing it last year, I couldn't help but go back. A very very beautiful corner of serenity., A few minutes from the center of Velletri. The welcome is splendid, the room is splendid and super-accurate, the one with the mezzanine is FABULOUS, for one night you have the feeling of living in a fairy tale, rich and abundant breakfast and despite the countless increases in recent times the price of the room has remained content. The above ground swimming pool is also very nice, which in this heat offers a great refreshment after a long journey, For those who are in the area do not miss it. The establishment is very cosy and it's idyllic view is your typical Italian countryside cliche. The rooms are spacial and very clean, a marvelous homemade breakfast and a very fast internet connection. The B&B is located at a mere 21 minutes walk from the historical center, there are several bus stops close by and a big super market 5 minutes away. The lovely hosts do just about everything to make sure their guests have the best possible stay. They went to pick me up at the station when I got here, and every time I'd have to go somewhere in the city they would always give me a lift. They even let me taste their locally made wine from their own grapes! The magic of a small B&B in the countryside is that It gives you a little glimpse of how life in Italy actually is outside the tourist stereotypes. 100% recommended!
