Great location on the beach! We were able to easily walk for dining and shopping and the train station was close to take day trips to other towns.

Right opposite the private beach, but you still have to pay to use sunloungers and no concession for staying at the hotel. I paid between €25 for half day fourth row to €60 for first and second row. We booked through Hotiday, a virtual agency, not realizing that bookings through them may be assigned to a specific part of the hotel—next to a construction site. Great place in the centre of Alassio. Easy to get to from the train station. Nice clean bedrooms. A fantastic breakfast. Helpful reception staff.

Very nice staff, receptionists are very helpful, bartender Daniel on the terrace bar is great, also the terrace is lovely. It's 2 minutes walk from the sea. Visiting the spa center cost 25 Euros, or 120 euros for two hours of private visit. The checkout at 11 am, but you can pay (around 80) and stay until 6 pm. P.S. The breakfast mostly contains deserts, almost no savory options...

Parking hard to get unless you're lucky. Location is great, 1 minute from beach boulevard with many restaurants, shops and cafés. Hotel itself is clean, breakfast is varied and abundant, rooms are fine, but a little bit crowded. The "suite" is basically just a Two-Bedroo, where one room is no bigger than a walk-in closet. Air condition is loud, but efficient.

Great hotel. Clean and very friendly. A little expensive but when I was asked how my room was, I said it was hard to get to sleep. Between the road noise, the dog barking and people enjoying themselves, it was very disturbing. I suggested double glazing. The response I received from the receptionist was that, like him, i was probably used to the quiet of the countryside! Not really what I expected

This is a four star hotel that we visited out of season, or we probably couldn't have afforded it! Plenty of things available...spa, pool, gym, massage etc. Has a central location but no car park that I saw! The food is excellent but none of the staff except the manager seemed to be able to speak English!

All the crew are very kind. Amazing breakfast. Very nice view on the flight field. The dark side of the hotel is that it's too close to the highway. So ask for a room on the other side. No air condition.

Went on a shearings holiday. Room cleaned every day. Clean towels every day. Only negative is the amount of time travelling. Overall the hotel was nice, staff very friendly, the one grumpy bar man apologised as he was in pain from sciatica. My wife and I went on a shearings trip here. Room was immaculate, food amazing, and staff very polite and helpful. Enjoyed sitting by the pool every night, listening to the frogs, with new found friends. Feddy ( I think that's how it was spelled) was so entertaining behind the bar. We would definitely go back.

After reading previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were great the food was good, i ate too much every night, and the rooms were nice and clean (Clean towels every day). The town is a lovely place and a good base for our trip. I would definitely go back again. I also loved the frog chorus that serenaded us every evening (early May). This for me was a fun thing to remember my holiday...

Pleasant stay. Very pleasant stay at reasonable prices and still in the vicinity of everything Alassio has to offer. Hotels closer to the beach at almost double up, still from this hotel the beach is just a 10 min walk. Helpful staff with a welcoming attitude.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel dei fiori. The location was perfect and the walk to so many shops and restaurants was great. We enjoyed Alassio so much we are already planning our return.

I was looking for elegant, luxury , quiet place close to the sea and tennis club with the spa. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. In the center of Botanical Garden I spent several days. Good value for money. Absolutely not luxurious, but fine for budget vacation. Do not book a beach in advance with the booking of this hotel!!! They will charge you even if you will not come. There are 3 free beaches nearby: 400 - 850 m, small but it is possible to use. Almost all the private beaches in Alassio has available seats even during the highest season.

We stayed in the annex for two nights in early January for our son's soccer tournament. The hotel is simple but comfortable, conveniently located to the city center and amenities. Breakfast offered a generous selection of sweet and savory options. We'll keep it in mind for future beach vacations.
