Hotel Savoia in Alassio

As always, the room was spotless and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Hotel Savoia is a special place—top class without being pretentious. We are always very at home here.

Wonderful stay, terrific staff and the best location!

Only issue was beds. Not king size bed but two twins which were not fixed together and so kept creating a gap in middle as they drifted apart. Blankets pretty poor quality.

Otherwise was a great experience

Hotel Savoia exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding. The facilities and location are excellent, rooms immaculate and breakfasts delicious. The staff including Sarah and Claudia could not have done more to make our wedding day more perfect. Everyone was so kind and they did every thing to make our day so special. Claudia organised everything even my bouquet! Nothing was too much trouble. La Prua Restaurant was literally superb, the food divine and service excellent. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Savoia for making our wedding dreams come true.

I recently had an incredible holiday at the Savoia hotel, and I absolutely recommend it. The exceptional service provided by the attentive and professional staff, along with the outstanding food, truly made my stay memorable. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and positioned midway between the two halves of Alassio. The ambiance of the hotel is delightful, striking the perfect balance between elegance and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, even the more affordable options are spacious and more than sufficient. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and throughout my entire stay, every request was handled efficiently. If you choose the half-board option, you're in for a treat. The food is truly incredible. For breakfast, you'll find a wide range of options to satisfy any craving, including the freshest fruits, a variety of pastries (including vegan croissants), an array of juices, an assortment of hams and cheeses, yogurts, honey straight from the beehive, as well as made-to-order pancakes and eggs. During breakfast, you'll be asked for your dinner preferences, and the staff demonstrates excellent knowledge of the dishes on offer, displaying a genuine passion for their craft. All the staff members were remarkably attentive, and each one of them could easily work in a three-star Michelin restaurant starting tomorrow. Their attention to detail and commitment to meeting guests' needs were flawless. I must mention Daniella (?) specifically, as she was the first person to greet me on my first night. She took the time to guide me through the menu and recommended an outstanding wine, showcasing her extensive knowledge and exuding a remarkable presence. And as I say all the staff were top class. The food itself was nothing short of amazing. The half-board option includes four courses. The first course consists of a buffet with an extensive selection of antipasti to cater to all tastes, encompassing both traditional and modern dishes. The second course offers a choice of three options, featuring freshly made pasta or risotto, and the main course also presents a choice of three dishes. I opted for the fish course each night, and the flavors still linger in my dreams. The quality of the food is equivalent to that of a top-class restaurant. If I were to provide any criticism, it would be regarding the desserts. The dining room has fabolous sea views although it is enclosed, but the windows are open to create a pleasant atmosphere. If you appreciate the convenience of going down to dinner without having to worry about where to go and relish being pampered, this is the perfect place for you. Many reviews mention the beach beds, and I concur. This particular stretch of the beach is relatively narrow, resulting in a limited number of beds. However, if you head to the other side of the tower, you'll find a kilometer-long stretch of beach beds. The hotel charges 2

This is a wonderful hotel right on the beach in Alassio. I cannot say enough good things about our stay - the beautiful views, the tasteful, exceptionally clean rooms, the delicious breakfast, but most of all the gracious and welcoming staff. In general, everyone was kind, friendly, and hospitable but when we had an itinerary change everyone at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us an additional night. I must also mention Isabella, who kept our room beautifully and greeted us with such warmth daily. There is so much charm and genuine humanity at this lovely, lovely hotel right on the beach you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in Alassio - or anywhere else, for that matter.

We went to a wedding and it was gorgeous. The waiters were very kind and always at our disposal. The view was magnificent.
