It is very difficult to drive to this hotel as most of the streets are walking only. Parking very difficult. The rooms were not great and the bed very uncomfortable. The old town of Bergamon is charming, but best pick a hotel not in the old town.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was well maintained. Room was very clean and spacious, location is absolutely spot on. Highly recommend this hotel

Located next to the central square of Bergamo's upper town, the location is excellent. There are restaurants downstairs, the breakfast is good, and the service is attentive and friendly. Hotels in the old town, a European heritage site, are generally quite good.
The water temperature wasn't very stable; it wasn't as hot when the second person showered, but it was fine again when the third person took a shower. Also, the soundproofing wasn't great, but I eventually fell asleep.
Bergamo is so beautiful, worth staying in. Staying at a hotel on the hill is definitely better.

We loved this hotel. Small. True old historic hotel. You give up some things, but make it all back and more. Such as opening your window and looking across the centuries of history; or the concert level violinist who plays all day, from phantom of the opera to Mozart and everything in between. Just stay here. Oh BTW. The restaurant was excellent. We thought it was the best dinner we had after a month in country. The staff jumps if you need a favor.

This was in a perfect location to explore and return easily to the comfort of your room .
All of the staff was so helpful . Breakfast and dinner were both very good . Our server for dinner was amazing . Would recommend to others and visit again if ever back in Bergamo .

Lovely hotel in a prime spot
Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff in the old town of Bergamo. Rooms good size with good wi-fi, bathroom was quite small but usable.
Note there are no lifts and the rooms are on upper floors above the restaurant but the staff helped us with our luggage without even being asked.
There was no air conditioning in the room if you go during a hot period but the ceiling fan was more than adequate for our needs.

Excellent stay. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice food in the hotel restaurant. Everything is in walking distance and the hotel is situated in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel might be 2 star but the service is 6 star all the way! 10/10

Although the hotel doesn't have the air-conditioning, the room is big with high ceiling and that makes it less stuffy. With 2 fans and wide windows, sleeping was not as bad. The hotel location is the best. It is the center of everything. We will definitely go back to stay with them again.

This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy
