The place was very close to the train and bus station, and it was convenient to walk to it. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. When I go back, I plan to stay there again.

Location not bad,staff don't care about Guest,room bared, no kettle,no fridge or cooler,no slipper. Bathroom too small

Nice and clean hotel, one thing is the town itself is quite distant, not really convenient.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but there are areas that could be improved. The hotel was generally clean, and the bedding was comfortable, though the mattress and pillows could be upgraded for better support. The bathroom felt dated and could use better ventilation and water pressure. Booking was quite difficult and not user-friendly, which made the process stressful. For the price paid, the value was average, and some updates to the rooms and amenities would make the experience more worthwhile. Staff were helpful, and the location was convenient, which were positives.

Lovely location for going around in Bergamo & coming from the airport.
Using Bus 1 from the airport, a stop at Stazione Fermata 267 is a straight forward €3 trip. Once u get off at stop 267, it’s 8mins walk to the airport.
Room was nice though the shower was as tiny for tall or large people, but the water pressure was fantastic.

Very pleasant stay in a hotel near the main train station in Bergamo. It is near a very busy road, but the noise was not felt. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, only the shower in the bathroom was very small and impractical. We bought breakfast every morning and the ladies at the reception were very nice. I really appreciated that the lady found me the addresses of the post office in the area. Thank you very much.

Nice place but couldn’t get the room to be a decent temperature. Wish it was closer to town but it is within walking distance to the train station.

Beautiful hotel located conveniently near the train station and town centre. Staff are so helpful and polite. I would highly recommend it.
