Prior to my arrival, I had sent an email to your hotel to inquire about the possibility of cancelling the room and obtaining a refund (this was merely a question, not a formal cancellation request). I never initiated or confirmed any cancellation through the Ctrip platform, nor did I receive any response from your team regarding my inquiry. To my surprise, not only was my inquiry ignored, but my confirmed room was unilaterally cancelled without notification—leaving me stranded at your hotel late at night.
Additionally, I noticed that the Ctrip system now incorrectly marks my booking as "completed," which is entirely inaccurate, as I was denied check-in and never stayed at your hotel.
