B&B Hotel Brescia in Brescia

The hotel was great, the room was clean and ideal but the staff at the reception has a horrible attitude. The young lady at reception, who as i reckon is called Alexandra had such a hostile behaviour that it made our experience miserable. We directly chose the hotel based on parking available while searching on Booking. When we arrived, she told us that they are fully booked for the night in the parking spaces. When i checked it there were 4 spaces available. i checked it in the morning once again, still there were 3 available. It is crazy.
During our last stay the other lady was so kind that she made everything in her power to offer us a parking space. In this scenario it was different.

Alexandra told us with a bad attitude that next time we have to ask in advance for parking availability. Let me add to this that i showed her that on the only communicational platform i contacted them 2hours before but they didnt even respond to it…
She offered us an alternative, which was to park on the street where i saw signs of broken window glass on the floor ( in Northern Italy my car has been a victim of vandalism 2 times before)

I told her it can’t happen once again, so she recommended a parking complex thats -let me quote her- “24 hours open, guarded space with guards and cameras so its safe”

I had to pay 10 euros for this parking space and when i checked the rules there, they clearly stated that the parking complex only offers parking space, doesnt take responsibility for theft or vandalism.

So basically she (Alexandra) made a false statement about the parking complex and put me in a position where i had to risk several thousands worth of supplies that i had to store in my car.

Safe to say that the hotel has an excellent vibe and the rooms are perfect, but i had to give 1 star for the attitude of the receptionist
