Hotel PriMotel in Brescia

it's my second visit first was pre-covid time. This time was a disappointing experience. Room was noisy by its poor soundproof, shower cubicle sliding door missing, no soap nor shampo provided, lighting was too dimmed. Some power sockets are not working. However, staffs were very nice and friendly though it was obvious they were shorthanded. I think this will be my last visit.

To forget... Poor service, dirty rooms, TV present but not working, empty minibar, horrible breakfast in unhygienic rooms.
Excellent location near the highway exit.

Well, the reception was far from being welcoming. The front desk guy didnt speak english and just rolled his eyes when we spoke with him. Then he didnt found our reservation that was already paid. Then he found it and asked us for the payment again. After this being sorted out we head out to our room. The room had a jacuzzi that didnt looked very clean... To be honest the entire room didnt looked very clean... Pubic hairs on the wc floor, hairs on the walls etc. The window didnt close properly and the AC wasnt working. The breakfast was very poor as well. The positive part is that we are not there anymore and we will never come back. Stay away from this place.

25/28 April 2024. Triple room. Dilapidated structure, mold on the walls, visibly old, dirty and ruined furniture. Dirty bathroom. Sheets and bedspreads with lint, hair and stains. I asked to change rooms: from room 101 I moved to room 105. The situation improved slightly apart from the fact that ... "given the time" (11pm) I had to wash the toilet myself which was visibly dirty with urine. Breakfast just enough. Only positive note: very friendly staff. Cost of stay approximately 100 euros per night.

Arrived at 3pm, took 3 rooms. At 11pm one of the 3 had been assigned to others. They give us another one, very dirty. We expect them to clean it for us. Almost 1 hour of waiting and we are past midnight. Finally in bed, suddenly a TV at full volume starts broadcasting a news program or something similar, we leave the room to ask that the reception TV be turned off given the time. We are told that it is the owner who is listening to her, so what?? He must turn it off, even if it were the Pope. And finally they turn it off. Very large rooms but dilapidated furniture, bathtubs repaired at best, signs of wear everywhere, plaster coming off the walls, doors dragging on the floor. Toilet seat broken so much so that a lady was injured. Breakfast? No comments apart from the cappuccino and coffee. Salty not received. Bagged snacks from the supermarket and some quite tasty cakes. I could write a thousand other things but I'll stop here. Naturally we made our complaints at the time of payment and they gave us a discount but for me who had booked the 3 rooms it was a terrible impression. I had to apologize to my friends I don't know how many times and I'm still embarrassed.

Operai che nel Corridoio stanno eseguendo i lavori di muratura con relativo disturbo. Alla reception dopo aver pagato anticipatamente con bancomat, ci offrono uno sconto per la volta successiva..::( al motel????) S C O N S I G L I A T O
