The mini fridge was a bit loud, but otherwise a perfectly fine room. There was an issue finding my booking at first, but was resolved.

I stayed for three nights while visiting family who live nearby. The hotel is just 15 minute walk through a park from the bus station. I priced an uber for return journey and it was almost €100! Checkout was quick & friendly. We are in bar first evening, there was a problem with our food nyt was dealt with quick & satisfactory. I choose this hotel because of business trip in Brescia. It's great located, near highway and near industrial zone. Hotel have very comfortable and clean rooms. Packing place is allowed. Restaurant is good with very hospitality service. I like this hotel and it's my choice every time I visit Brescia. My sincerely recommendation.

During my visit to Brescia, I spent two nights at Novotel Brescia 2 with my family, and it was an excellent experience. Great value for money, clean rooms, professional service, a well-maintained pool, and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is well located, close to supermarkets, cafés, and bars. We had a wonderful time as a family. Highly recommended!

It is a very decent hotel in Brescia. Staff is very helpful. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel. Parking is free and we liked this option. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is large. I expected a welcome water but there was not any. Also the ironing room is at the end of the world.

We stayed at this hotel as a family. Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained, but there were a few things that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find only one bottle of water provided for four guests, which felt insufficient. The room itself was tidy, but the toilet unfortunately had a bit of a smell. It's not far from the train station, but a bit far from the old town. There aren't many restaurants or supermarkets around. The hotel rooms are nice. It's okay for a short stay.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, good value for money

My story is to long to go into here. What I will say is, you can tell a good hotel from a bad hotel, not by what it does right but by what it does when things don't go right. This Hotel failed miserably To anyone considering staying here, Don't.

A good and clean hotel! Free outdoor parking is available! There's also an underground parking garage, but you have to pay extra for that! We stayed here for one night while traveling by car.

Hotel room and restaurant really perfect

Top location. Old and facinated building with a lot of history and appeal.  Being a classic old Italian palace..do not expect moder facilities neither great service. The structure has objective limits...BUT we overall enjoyed the experience.   We asked for upgrade and we got a junior suite. The room was spacious and well exposed on the two faces of the building. 

The hotel's location is excellent – ​​right in the center of Brescia, practically on Piazza Vittria. The staff is very polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't reach 5-star standards in terms of room amenities, breakfast variety, and minibar selection, but the price is also reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything in the old town center. My room had an incredible view of the church dome and the old roofs a few blocks away. Comfortable, spacious, and very nice staff. The rooftop area was closed for the winter, but I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. You should definitely stay here!

Location and outside ambiente shows some charme from old times. Rooms are…. outdated (friendly said) Old metal bed in a non inviting „cold“ appearing high room. It was dirty, cabinets are from 70‘s and partially broken. In the bathroom it smeels wet/like mold and the air cycling fan has not seen a cleaning for decates. I recommend this hotel to everyone, even you are near to the station you didn't hear any noise of train or bus. The room was clean. The staffs are helpful. This is the hotel that liked very much of my mother, she is contented. We will definitely booked again when we are here.

I liked that it was clean, comfortable, quiet, with good soundproofing, good ventilation, and air conditioning. I didn't like that we like thin pillows, but they weren't there. Breakfast is free, but only one egg is free; the second egg is an extra charge. There's no free water in the room (a bottle is 3.50 euros).

Good hotel, but a bit below Hilton standards. Parking was full, so was offered public parking 100 meters from the hotel. The breakfast was quite bad, very small quantity of food. Did not like that there is no free welcome water in the room

The room was very clean and tidy, and it was cleaned every day. The subway station was just outside the door, a 3-minute walk away. There were also two supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby, making life very convenient.

Location is very good, close to the castle it is possible to walk to the historical Center of Brescia - about 10min. It has also an own parking place. It is absolutely ok for one night. You can though see that the facility is not the newest. Worn out parts on door frames/furniture or walls. Some interventions would definitely make it a great hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location behind the Brescia Castle. You can reach the castle through a 400-meter tunnel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. It is antique and very Italian in style. It is worth staying. It is convenient to drive. There is free parking.

Great location for Fiera de Brescia and in my case, the start of the Mille Miglia car race. Rooms are basic and not great, with a weird bath located behind the headboard of the bed???!?, but the location and helpful staff make up for it somewhat.

The hotel lobby, rooms and bathrooms are relatively large. I booked a duplex family room with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was good. Parking is also available. The location is a bit remote but it is suitable for self-driving

I went on a trip with the class and for the price it is very good, I read the reviews before leaving and I expected it to be worse, the reviews are excessive. It wasn't top-notch and the breakfast wasn't very plentiful but some reviews are truly excessive and very underrated, perfect for spending the night, maximum 2, with friends. The location is not the best if you don't have transport available

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area, full of trees and Mountain View. 5 minutes work to the metro station, 2 stops away from historic center which is a “must see”. Not as crowded as some Italian cities, new and convenient train station.

We booked a panoramic double room with balcony on the 3r floor of the hotel. The room was very dark with poor lighting. When we asked for some water for our night drink we were told that there ws no bar in the hotel but we could buy some bottled water from the hotel's vending machine. Historic gem in Trento Lovely big room and bathroom. Nice breakfast and choice. Beautiful old building and right in lthe centre of Trento, close to everything. The Trentino card was a great added bonus for getting into local museums, the cable car and public transport etc. Elisa was the perfect host. We loved our stay in Trento. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, staff and room. I travel often and would stay again. Beautiful, charming older building with character. Only one hiccup (the staff loved their heating). I walked in and it was about 85F. The towel warmer was broken and heated the entire room. Slept with window open so all good. They tried to fix it however I only stayed 2 nights. This didn't hurt my review because staff was so nice...

The room and guest service were excellent in all regards. Got off on a shaky foot when staff mistakenly checked me into a room with incomplete renovation in progress. Both the hotel and a next door property were being remodeled and completion was behind schedule. Hotel gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room with a corner view.

Although it is older and could use some updating, its location was excellent. The breakfast was very adequate and the convenience of its location was appreciated.

Reasonable hotel Check-in was not a good experience. The staff member wanted us to go up to our room while he took our passports for check-in. I refused to leave the reception desk, as passports are personal documents and contain sensitive data subject to data protection laws. The staff member was annoyed and rude.

There is a subway station nearby. It is convenient to get to and from the train station. It is cheaper than a hotel of the same level in the city center. There is a large supermarket a hundred meters away from the hotel, which seems to be Esselunga. Breakfast is average Average service Average facilities

A nice, small hotel, very conveniently localized with GREAT service, everybody is very nice and helpful. The hotel itself clearly isn't new but is well maintained, tidy and everything works as it should. Big plus for free underground parking for guests.

Even though the location wasn’t very central, the metro station was just around the corner and the train brought you within 33-4 stops to either the city centre or the central train station. The architecture of the hotel was a bit idd (see photo) but the rooms were very comfy and practical. A fridge, wifi, aircon, a hairdryer were all there and I felt safe and could sleep without the normal city noises...

Great little hotel in a very convenient location. It’s only about 2 km from the city train station and close to public transport,making it easy to get around,yet it’s surprisingly quiet. Perfect if you’re looking for a small,peaceful place to stay.

The Regal hotel was very welcoming late into the night. The pool was brilliant, with nice views of Brescia and the rooms were big for our family. The metro station is about a 10 minute walk, and there is not much in the local area.

It's already the second year that we choose this structure to spend a weekend for leisure, we slept in one of their junior suites, what can I say, excellent level in absolute tranquility, good breakfast, and very polite staff, the structure in a truly excellent location.

Tranquil Place to Rest your Head I stayed here to have access to the Franciacorta winery area of Italy. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. And everything I wanted to see was close by.

As some users have already written, a decent structure with some flaws. In fact, the lack of a lift "replaced" by a freight elevator, does not suit a 4-star hotel, as well as the intermittent Wifi. Fantastic some minor issues The stay was fantastic, the swimming pool amazing as well as the restaurant. Only negative we were told on the first day that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. They should count people in by default. It also rained on the first morning and it the spa was not available.

The room was a disaster! Ants and beetles in the room, including in the bed. Shower dirty. You couldn't lock the room. Last but not least, we had to pay again even though we had already paid online when booking. Never again!!!!!

Let me start by saying that we had the large room, soundproofed towards the internal courtyard (which I recommend). It's convenient to go anywhere with the motorway just a few steps away. Refreshing stay near Verona and Lake Garda. We arrived during the Euros and as we were checking in saw that the game was on . The staff were kind enough to bring coffees to us at halftime. Just outside the city, convenient as a hotel for two nights. Family run, hearty breakfast, clean. It has only one negative, for non-smokers, the sheets and pillowcases had a strong smell of cigarettes which almost prevented me from sleeping.

A simple Hotel for travelers ... Only for this I do not give 5 stars. Exceptional courtesy and professionalism, spotless rooms, abundant and excellent breakfast, covered parking, air conditioning, absolute availability ... Perfect. Sin: if you have problems climbing stairs, get put on a low floor (there is no elevator).

We slept here after a concert at the Colony (by reservation). The hotel is very close to the club (scarcely 5 minutes by car) and opposite an excellent pizzeria. There is parking.
