Not recommended. They required extra payment for using the pool, and I had to argue every day that it is included in our reservation. Breakfast was really poor, and when we came at 9am it was mostly leftovers. Most of the buffet was emptied.

We felt mislead by the pictures on *******. It looked amazing and it said it was a 4 star resort. It was neither. We literally looked for other hotels to move to in the middle of the night because they had a pool party that was so noisy. The room was absolutely horrendous. The suite had two levels. The living floor’s ac did not work and they could not fix it. The lower level felt like a dungeon. The only positive is that the front desk people (we dealt with two) were nice and tried their best. It felt like they were alone in there. We did not see any other staff at all.
Overall, We had a horrible experience there and we absolutely feel mislead and robbed of our money.

It's already the second year that we choose this structure to spend a weekend for leisure, we slept in one of their junior suites, what can I say, excellent level in absolute tranquility, good breakfast, and very polite staff, the structure in a truly excellent location.

Paid pool if booked through ******* (to have it included you had to book through them (never happened before). Spa closed (they could have included the seasonal closure). Faulty elevator. Excellent cleanliness of the room. After having stayed in many structures like this, we have a fair amount of experience in this regard. I would not recommend it.

Tranquil Place to Rest your Head
I stayed here to have access to the Franciacorta winery area of Italy. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. And everything I wanted to see was close by.

As some users have already written, a decent structure with some flaws. In fact, the lack of a lift "replaced" by a freight elevator, does not suit a 4-star hotel, as well as the intermittent Wifi. The rooms are clean overall, but there is a touch of "vintage". The minimalist breakfast. It could be better

Cute place but very removed, no amenities, not even a bathroom. Spa never picked up the phone. No room service though the website said their was and the restaurant couldn’t even squeeze in a single. Sorry I came.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Our meal in the restaurant was exquisite, as was the service. Great choice for breakfast. A thoroughly enjoyable experience in a tranquil setting. Very close to bus number 9 to travel into Brescia centre.

Fantastic some minor issues
The stay was fantastic, the swimming pool amazing as well as the restaurant.
Only negative we were told on the first day that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. They should count people in by default. It also rained on the first morning and it the spa was not available.
