It was amazing❤️

Great room in a great location. It was just challenging to get in contact with the host to let us in. I think there’s room for improvement in that process. Other than that, it was great! There’s also a cute elevator, so you don’t have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Overall, I recommend.

We recently stayed at this hotel, ideally located right in the heart of Milan, directly on the central square – the location truly couldn't be better!
This is an apartment-style hotel, which is incredibly convenient. It provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, offering a true home-away-from-home feeling. Every corner is incredibly charming, aesthetically pleasing, and stylishly decorated – it's clear that every detail has been lovingly curated. The interior is modern, with everything brand new and spotlessly clean.
It's an absolute delight to wake up to views of the city's main square right outside your window.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to soak in the Milanese atmosphere in ultimate comfort!

The service is very, very bad. There is no one to help you with the bags or any services.

Located directly opposite the Duomo, the view from the room is spectacular. Just be aware that noise from the piazza can be heard at night. However, this is easily remedied by closing the windows, as the room is equipped with air conditioning.

The location is great, however the room is very noisy at night . I stayed there for business.
Another issue was the cooling, we could not control the temperature inside the room and it was very hot.
I would not recommend the breakfast because it is a set menu at a nearby cafe where the staff were not very frienfly and the selection is very poor.
Another issue was storing our laggage at check in and check out, it is something you need to plan well if you arrive early in the day .
They should have a consierge service.

We chose the upgraded view and it was well worth it! We were directly in front of the Duomo and it was beautiful! Our room was well designed and very spacious. There was a huge separate walk in area designated for luggage and hanging clothing which left so much more space for us to enjoy the room. The location was perfect and the staff responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, but the lift to the apartment was quite disappointing, it takes a while to learn how to use it, otherwise the staff was amazing and very helpful, all landmarks are very close.

Opposite the church, the view is very good, the location is convenient, there is a subway station downstairs

Check-in is too troublesome. It's almost 3 pm before check-in.
