Simple and clean, suitable for business trips

Even though there was a sign saying that no cleaning was required, the cleaning staff opened the door without permission. I was traveling alone, so this was extremely scary. Also, the actual room was quite different from the photo, and it was bigger than it was in the photo, so I wish they would update their website. It just felt weird.

There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.

I was satisfied overall, but the service from the staff was especially great. They even recommended some great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, so I recommend getting a plan that includes breakfast. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. i definitely plan to stay again. 

Hard to say it's a pleasant stay. The staff there is very nice. But unfortunately, the bedspread is just one layer and got nothing inside, plus the temperature of AC is limited to a certain range, which makes night in the room very cold, I found it hard to fall asleep and almost caught a cold the next day.

It's really great service and employees and close to all locations, and there are 3 cafes that I blocked if I walk a little!!! The subway is close and I think the location is really reasonable price!
