Good enough. Rooms were small but functional. If you have unsure footing, the shower is somewhat of a hazard. It is a larger step up and becomes slick when wet. There was no handle to grab and the shower rod looked like it was coming loose (don't think it was meant to hold anyone up). The hotel lobby had an unpleasant smell. I avoided having to spend much time in or around that area. We put...
Great location within walking distance of the city centre & central station. Tram 1 stops outside which takes you to the centre & Duomo. Friendly staffed, was able to store luggage until we left for the airport. Good breakfast with different options. We had an evening meal on the first night at the restaurant which was yum. Good clean tidy rooms, only negative was there is no coffee facilities in the...
You know what you get with Ibis. This building had a big spacious lobby, with a bar where you could get something to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and check-in fast. The room was standard size, we did not need too much space especially for one night. I initially dis not book the room with breakfast we got it after for 13 euros /person. It was rich, from standard english breakfast, to...
The location is good near to the Milano Centrale Station. One of Staff Mr. Oemar is very kind helping me. I checked out early in the morning at 05.15 and he accompanied me to wait the taxi outside the hotel and make sure that I was in the taxi and taxi left. It is really good service.
Check in was good, but I was expecting an upgrade as a diamond member what did not happen. The room was ok, but they gave me a room far away in a different building, not in the main one, the 1st floor was smelling smoke, it seems that people were smoking in some rooms or in the corridor. The hotel was very noisy, I couldn’t sleep well as I could hear many different noises, and it seems they were doing...
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, making it super convenient to get to Milan Cathedral by subway or to walk to the train/high-speed rail station. The room was a bit small, and the charging outlets weren't very conveniently placed. However, the overall service was great, and the hotel was very clean.

It's really great service and employees and close to all locations, and there are 3 cafes that I blocked if I walk a little!!! The subway is close and I think the location is really reasonable price! However, there was a sound of trams, but it was okay because it was a time zone that didn’t matter to me who was working! I‘m so grateful that the road has a subtle atmosphere and the staff is kind!
Although my room was tiny, neat and comfortable its enough. very good location, reach everywhere on foot. very nice helpful staff! decent breakfast, many good choices. will come back again!
Good location, about 4 mins walk to underground then 2 stops to Duomo. Clean rooms, the windows open fully and was directly above the bed which isn’t great. I asked to be moved and was albeit at a €30 per night premium as was into a double rather than single which was fine.
Room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, air conditioner was working fine, hotel located in very good place near tram stop in both directions so it is very helpful to go till city centre by tram or walk 20min. Restaurants nearby. My room was single and for me was more than enough space. Breakfast was good (pancakes, sweet croissants, ham and cheese croissants) very happy with...
Very good value. Styling and cleanliness of rooms is exceptional. Breakfast also wonderful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The street the hotel is on seems like it would not support such a hotel but just walk to the corner and you are back to what you expect. The rooms are very small but so well laid out and furnushed it is not a problem. I will be back to Milan in the spring and will...

The room was small but comfortable. The beds were also small but comfortable. No frills hotel but clean and with helpful staff near the train station, approx 10 min walk. Would stay again.
They upgraded me to a larger room. The location was also great. There was no kettle, so I asked the receptionist and they prepared hot water for me, which was very helpful!
Mainly selected the hotel due to its proximity from Milano Centrale station, about 10 minutes walk, and the good reviews for a 2-3 star type hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had good variety. Location might not be the best, but I had no issues. Lots of food options nearby. On Saturday, there's a farmers market on the street next to the hotel.
Convenient location. Clean room. However, the towels and beddings smell of old and dirty linen. I hope they can address this. Staff at the reception (at night) could be more polite — we asked if we could have packed breakfast as we leave early for a day trip the next morning and was was told they won’t and “not their fault” we leave early. He could have been more polite with his response. But when...
We had a very nice stay, clean room and good breakfast. I would suggest adding a kettle and a refrigerator to the room.
Good value A very good value offer 10minutes (tops) from Milano Centrale. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice, in a nice dining room with outdoor space. Would stay again when passing through Milan.

Stay here for 1 night. Dont have free parking. Comfortable. Nothing to talk about
The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. But that only became clear when we wanted to leave the room - there are small switches in the window frames...
Small rooms Hygiene needs some serious efforts The location is far from the real Milan Breakfast I'd very limited but delicious
Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.
Simple rooms but hospital-level standards of cleanliness! Probably the cleanest room I have ever visited! Very quiet too, could have heard a pin drop. Breakfast excellent for veggies and vegans (soy and oat milk available). Staff friendly and professional.
Very clean hotel, well located if you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital located opposite, 5 minutes walk away. Courteous staff, cozy, comfortable and clean room. I didn't try the restaurant, nor the breakfast.

The hotel is average the price is to high compared to the hotel level. Too expensive . The staff and front desk are very friendly and nice.
I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered...
This hotel seems pretty good. I was here for a business trip during Fashion Week, so the price was a bit high, but it was still a better value compared to other options. The breakfast was excellent, and it's very close to the train station, which was super convenient.
Very well located. The staff is very welcoming and nicer the hotel room was clean and had all amenities necessary.
Clean rooms and close to the train station. There is a euroshop and small grocers nearby too
Stayed in this hotel several times already. As usual , it is unbeatable in terms of location. But can be noisy early in the morning when 🚊s pass by the 🏨

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was excellent. Although not located in the city center, it was a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient for visiting attractions. There are two large supermarkets nearby (Carrefour and Esselunga) for affordable food and daily necessities. The breakfast was quite good.
Nice hotel, suitable for short trips. The station is 7 minutes away. Clean.
The hotel is a bit far from Milan Cathedral, but there's a metro station just 300 meters away, offering easy access to all the important sights. For a three-star hotel, the price of just over 700, including breakfast, is excellent value for money in Milan. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and there was a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was hearty. Highly...
Simple and clean, suitable for business trips
Even though there was a sign saying that no cleaning was required, the cleaning staff opened the door without permission. I was traveling alone, so this was extremely scary. Also, the actual room was quite different from the photo, and it was bigger than it was in the photo, so I wish they would update their website. It just felt weird.
Staff was very friendly, I expected more for the price, Otherwise everything was fine.

Excellent breakfasts and services We found well and I recommend it :the staff is professional and with manners toward customers
There’s no AC at the room. It was too hot during the day.
A decent place to stay very close to Metro-Tram station. Very clean place. Varied breakfast. Thanks to Joe who checked us in and didn't let us starve to death when we arrived late at night. Many thanks to Paola who did her best to help me with an issue with the toll receipt. Definitely go back again!
Perfect location for travel to Milano, Malpensa shuttle stops only 200 meter from the hotel. Metro lines are very close to the hotel and the breakfast was really good but veggies are needed. Kind and punctual staff. Clean room.
Highly recommended. The front desk is very friendly. If you like the old and classic Italian style, you can consider it. It is very close to the subway and the airport. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but tastes good.
We stayed here for a match at the San Siro. It’s ideally placed - either two metro stops or an easy 15-20 min walk. It’s also really easy to get here from central Milan - literally round the corner from Lotto metro. We dropped our bags early and the receptionist was very friendly, offering us a complimentary coffee. The room was basic but very clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast...

Great rooms. Very good staff. Super.
Went there for the F1 Monza GP. The hotel is clean, got an old vibe about it. Very friendly staff, who also helped us figure out how to use the public transport system, including how to get to the track (special shout out to Camila at the reception). Only disadvantage is that it is quite far from the nicer restaurants in Darsena. The restaurant across the road though offered good value and nice food...
Firstly...Hotel Alga staff were excellent! Very friendly helpful and professional. Reception area lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Great accomodation, very clean rooms and excellent service. The receptionists were very helpful, giving us information whenever we needed it. Breakfast was decent. Welcoming staff, good location, secure parking, clean room and within walking distance of local restaurants and cafes. Recommended for a short stay.
I did not get the premium room with two twin beds, that i originally booked. We got another room instead. Orherwise, i would still book there again:100 feet from bolivar metro, safe area, great staff at front desk, good breakfast.
Staff were so friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was so much more than we were expecting, the different cakes each morning were delicious.
5 Stars! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The front desk staff were really great and really helpful. My room was comfortable and just the right size for me. They have a great breakfast selection, and the dining area has a really great ambience. There’s a metro stop mere feet away (blue line), and there’s also a tram about a 5-minute walk away. I would gladly come back and stay here again!
The deluxe room is very nice and clean, the hospitality of all the staff were so nice and friendly.
Honestly loved staying at this hotel, never been to Milan before and didn’t know which area to stay and found this hotel. The area was really nice and had a metro station a few metres from the front. Located near Piazza Loreto, very close to the train station (within walking distance), it's convenient for getting around. The bed is large, and the room is warm, but the lighting is dim.
The location is great, not far from the central train station, about a five or six minute walk. It's also not far from the subway station, making it very convenient to take the subway to Milan Cathedral. There are Chinese dumpling restaurants and pizza restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.
The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.
Great value hotel, less than 19 mins from the main station. Allowed us to check in upon arrival

Room: We got the old room which I find a bit dark and window closed and cannot be opened to let the lights in with a heavy metal key so we had to leave it in the reception everytime we go out. Checked in late due to flight delay. Really helpful on the desk even though it was 1 am. Friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms decent size and very clean. Good location for visiting Milan.
The staff were brilliantly helpful throughout our stay, specifically going over the top to help a colleague get to the airport Saturday morning after Uber was messing us around. Rooms and service are good however at night it is difficult to sleep due to the amount of noise outside with trams, people yelling or shouting or cars driving by plus the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and bath is way too small.
Great price-performance ratio in comparison to other hotels in Milano! (150 euros per night) Sure, the rooms are old-fashioned, but that can feel like time travel (in a positive way) and everything except for the soap in the bathtub worked. Close to metro and tram lines , rooms big enough some were dated but they seem to be upgrading rooms , only really complaint was no kettle in the room for hot drinks or complementary water, the rest was good
Rooms are good and clean, beds were small and hard. If you prefer a bed for obvious reasons then you would be zufrieden. Furthermore, we paid roughly 500-550€ for 2 nights and still had to pay for parking. And we also paid something like 50€ city tax. Just checking out costed us roughly extra 100€.. Very nice room, good breakfast and very good location just 20 min walk to San Siro and very good price.
There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.

The hotel's location isn't bad, close to a metro stop, and it seemed clean at first, but then... surprise! There was a sock, who knows how long it had been there. The front desk staff were great. The bathroom has no ventilation, and the walls seem paper-thin. At 3 AM, a couple started screaming and arguing. Good value for the money considering location. But there are some disadvantages: the corridor in the standard room is narrow, the bidet is strangely located opposite the toilet, and it's a bit dirty. Sometimes loud during the night. Limited choice at breakfast. Not sure will book again.
