The location is good near to the Milano Centrale Station. Oemar is very kind helping me. I checked out early in the morning at 05

15 and he accompanied me to wait the taxi outside the hotel and make sure that I was in the taxi and taxi left

The hotel is actually 10 min away from the central train station - my advice is don’t follow the 1st google suggestion (by foot) i feel like it takes you in side streets, when it’s easier to go on the main boulevard and then turn left, especially with a big luggages

Great location within walking distance of the city centre & central station. Tram 1 stops outside which takes you to the centre & Duomo. Friendly staffed, was able to store luggage until we left for the airport

Good breakfast with different options. We had an evening meal on the first night at the restaurant which was yum. Good clean tidy rooms, only negative was there is no coffee facilities in the rooms

You know what you get with Ibis. This building had a big spacious lobby, with a bar where you could get something to eat and drink. The staff was super friendly and check-in fast

The hotel room was clean and the location was great, right next to the Duomo in Milan. However, the valet parking attendant seemed grumpy and there was no staff to help with luggage.

Due to a system issue that caused room overbooking, we were unable to stay at the original hotel. The staff immediately arranged accommodation at another hotel with a slight room upgrade

While there was some delay during the check-in process, the situation was handled well overall and the experience remained pleasant

It is a super expensive hotel but excellent breakfast and good services. Just take too long time to wait for my room without further notices even I left my phone number. It is over price in this room size and quality

The 'king-size' bed is actually two 1-meter mattresses pushed together, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on

A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!

I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep

We were unlucky to have jacuzzi under maintenance so the swimming pool most of the time was crowded. Lastly, the breakfast quality was good but for a 5* European hotel was expecting more variety

The room has no fragrance, just a slight carpet smell, which caused my husband to sneeze when we walked in. At night, a cricket chirped in the air conditioning duct. The hotel apologized, and we knew we couldn't catch it

It was my first trip to Milan. The hotel was not far from the central train station and CBD. There was a Michelin restaurant on the first floor. The room was elegantly decorated and the overall experience was good.

In the room we found a lovely surprise from the Guest Experience team for our anniversary,such a thoughtful detail! The room was spotless during our entire stay, housekeeping was perfect, and all amenities were always refilled

The room was nice and well kept, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. Right around the corner there was a metro station, so it was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go while exploring Milan.

The hotel often hosts conferences or large gatherings, given its extensive range of meeting rooms, but the spaces are generous and there is no sense of disturbance from the coexistence of guests and hotel activities

Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs

The cable machine and dumbbells are enough for me. At the weekend a lot of football related events take place. If you are a fan of certain football clubs you might be lucky to meet the players in the gym or in the lounge

We drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable! But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match

Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel. Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor

Milano must play at home of course. Unfortunately they occupied the whole lounge and I couldn’t use it as usual

Large, clean rooms with an area of about 35-40 meters and poor sound insulation. The beds don't creak, dinners are as expected. There are few restaurants and trattorias within walking distance, you have to go

The hotel service was great, and my friend was very satisfied. Even though there were a few minor hiccups along the way, everything was resolved perfectly in the end

The only downside was a problem with the bathroom floor drain, which I recommend getting checked out

Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone! And the cleaning lady forgot to clean...

location of this hotel is superb which is just a walking distance to milano centrale 😍 lots of halal restaurants around the area. The hotel room was big and cozy. will definitely stay here again if we come to milan.

Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice

This hotel is a short walk away from the city center - 20 minutes to Duomo. Which makes it just quiet enough, just cozy enough and perfect for relaxing and getting rest

When you want something other than sleep, the photo worthy bar and restaurant have great prices for delicious food, and amazing staff- I had the pleasure of meeting Fabio and Giacomo last night and they even helped me grab a quick plate to go just before the kitchen closed

It's not too far from city center but right next to main train station. Rooftop bar is excellent but expensive, but the usual kind of thing you'd expect in an upscale hotel bar. Rooms are swanky and ultra modern

This is where you must stay if you visit Milan any time of the year. Proximity to train station and location is great, everything about this hotel is top notch. Appears to be in the middle of everywhere

That said, the staff are excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain everything in detail. The breakfast is good, but in my opinion quite overpriced

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning

The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious

Located 3 mins from the Republic Station, this hotel is a prestige hotel! Once you come in, the soothing scent of the lobby puts right into a relaxing mood. They have extra scented body lotion, shampoo and shower gel

The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

As such, I most definitely understand that the condition of my room did not get that way overnight, and therefore was surprised that a room in that condition would even be in service and allowed to be rented to guests; 2) I do not recall hearing any mention of "wish you had told us earlier", but regardless, there could/should have been a better response and solution to this issue once it was brought...

This is because I liked this hotel's mood and high-quality service, and its location(Quite easy to access to central of milan, just taking a subway M3 directly)

Perfect for busisness travellers, quiet, professional, convenient transport.

The water was charged, not good for visitors. Not friendly for the visitors walk from metro that no route for walker hand heavy luggage.

SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! We phoned because we thought the air conditioning was broken and was told by reception “it’s turned off because it’s winter” it was 4th April and in the 20s outside, plus I think they know the rooms are hot because it’s only a sheet on the bed with no blankets, the beds were comfortable

It’s also not close to the centre and there is nothing around the hotel, is very close to a tube though which are really easy to use and you can get a direct tube to Duomo

There is a gym aswell but i haven’t tried it

The hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The room was very nice, although a bit small, and the location is excellent, right on the street that takes you directly to the Duomo Square (around a 15-minute walk)

This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees)

Despite the hotel being a 4-star and charging €300 a night, there was no complimentary water in the room upon check-in, and no daily replenishment even after housekeeping

When we requested water, we were told we could use the paid bottles in the minibar, or had to call more than once for someone to bring it up — not ideal at this price point

Near the train station. More or less about 7 minutes walking. Old school vibe hotel. I love the interior. And its 4 start hotel. Free luggage storage. Free mini bar at the reception. I love this place

It’s great location. Just in front of Milano Central Station and there are lots of Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Concierge is great and I enjoyed breakfast as well.

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1

Parking is convenient at 12 euros a day. The pool hasn't been fixed in the three days I've been here, and I still can't go for a swim

Every time I come to Italy, I book this hotel. It's conveniently located near a metro station, with a large supermarket and a decent-sized shopping mall with a cinema nearby. The area also feels relatively safe

The bathroom was exceptionally large, and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling with elderly companions. It's equipped with grab bars everywhere and a shower stool, making it very senior-friendly

Food not great, the pool is far from ideal and the rooms on the ground floor are a night mare as you can hear everything happening in the corridor / other rooms

Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking

Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage

Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)

I came to Milan mainly to visit lake como so it was only a 3 day trip but one thing about me I need a good bed to sleep in so i don’t feel, and the bed was really comfy

My room was dirty, with too much fluffy dirt which spread all over the room. The bath & basin were not washed after use. The coffee station & water weren't refilled, I had to continously call reception to ask for refills

Had the warmest of welcomes at reception, who obliged us with an 11. Room 828 has a balcony with a view over mainly residential Milan. Close enough to hear the church bells if you leave the doors open!

The hotel has really good service and the staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the location might be far from the attractions. Overall, its still great!

Hotel was nice. Room was a good size and a large shower room. The TV didn’t work properly. The gym equipment was a bit old and some of it didn’t function properly. The pool was nice. Breakfast was great.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff. My father had a medical episode while on holiday, and the staff in the Radisson Blu went above and beyond to help him, my mother and myself in any way they could

This hotel balances all your wants as a family. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who helped to find back a lost toy and to Marco from the reception desk who closed of our family stay with a lot of positive energy!

5 min walk from the metro which is great although the immediate surrounding area doesn't have shops or cafes. There a big shopping plaza district about 12 min walk away

I specifically booked a King Room, which was 30 square meters, but the bathroom and sofa were old and dirty. The hotel lobby staff weren't welcoming at all; they'd only answer if you asked a direct question

This is a great hotel, I've stayed here before and the service is excellent.

However, the 20-euro per night parking fee for guests felt a bit pricey. The room was basic but spacious, and the front desk staff provided excellent service
